Initially bought a stove top and an oven range hood to be delivered and installed by Lowe's at a later date with no issues in store. The oven range hood included a protection policy at an additional cost. However, I found out after the range hood was delivered that it was the wrong type for my house and went to return it. The physical item return was fine.
However the protection plan, which was supposed to be returnable within 30 days (which it was within 30 days of purchase), was something they refused to give me a refund for claiming it was a 10 day return policy instead despite the website saying otherwise and told me to call customer support. Also found out that my phone number and email associated to the order was on fact not correctly associated, so no one could find my order even though I had the physical copy of the receipt.
Customer support let me know the refund had to be done through the physical store and that the policy is 30 days. But when I went back, was still refused the refund. I'm on the phone with support right now trying to get this resolved, but needless to say, I won't be ordering from Lowe's in person again. Terrible customer service from the manager in charge of returns. It was a very upsetting and disappointing experience.

Worst experience buying appliances at this store. The appliance manager Krista is rude. Definitely not customer service minded.
Do yourself a favor, read other reviews and go to another store or location.

I learned my lesson a long time ago I don't go to Home Depot many times I've gone to Home Depot and people take something return it and take out the piece that they needed and they put it back on the shelf without checking that is absolute extreme idiocy someone should check the stuff before they return it I only shop at lowe's.! Return & exchange policy is complete trash. If you don't have the receipt you will be stuck with whatever you bought. Even something as simple as a air filter. Got the wrong size just wanted to exchange but couldn't because no receipt & when I realized they didn't even have the size i needed I was just so over it..if you have a busy life & can't keep up with every receipt from everything you buy I wouldn't buy anything from here unless it's online.. but I'm completely turned off from buying anything from here anymore at all. Some real greedy people have got to run this corporation.

Do NOT order a dishwasher from this store. They will never deliver it. We ordered one last week, they set up delivery with a contracting service they use that will not call and will keep postponing delivery. They use CRST home solutions which "said" they stopped by but if they really did, why didn't they ring the doorbell or txt our number for delivery? No answer. Then they tried to re-scheduled for another 10 days out.

Bought a ego riding mower was scheduled to deliver. No call no show called multiple times to find the status and was transferred to the shipping manager now answer kept getting kicked back to other departments. I took a half day of work off and even confirmed the delivery. I had to drive to the location to get an answer. Problem was the mower was missing the battery's. Shipping manager said he had to get with the manufacturer to re order the new battery's and probably was going to get push back. Also to go back a few days I showed up asked for the store manager and they told me he leaves at 3. They said he would leave him a note to call me. That never happend! Week later shipping manager calls. Good news the new battery's came in what day would you like us to deliver. They shipped it out the next day and missed the delivery window. Understand it happens! The mower looked like it had been used for a good year. They sent one guy to unload so I had to help nearly fell off the lift gate. Open the battery compartment start registering the mower and to do that you have to enter the battery's serial numbers. It would not let me the format was off. Looking at the battery's they are all different amps. I look them up some are 2 years old some are newer but ment to power a weedeater, or blower. Not a zero turn! Called ego they said it will under power the motor and reduce the life. Called a few more times no luck. This time the person I spoke with emailed the manager. Have I reeved a call .... NO

DO NOT USE LOWES INSTALLERS! If CRST is involved cancel it. They ruined our countertop installing a dish washer and just left like nothing happened. After three months we finally got it resolved…will never buy from

Quick and easy shopping. The online app helps find things quickly. Good prices. I would love it if I wasn't asked about gutters every time I come in to quickly get some parts.

Stood here for 15 minutes, nobody helped me. One person was helping someone else, stood on the same aisle for 10 minutes waiting, the employee saw me there. Once he was done with the customer, he started walking the other direction, knowing I was there waiting. Will never come back here

Store is very unhygienic and dirty took my child to the restroom for a diaper change and saw a bucket filled with piss I was horrified when I tried to move it and done splashed on me had a VERY unpleasant Oder.

Apparently this rip off company that does not even let their employees have breaks long enough to do more than use the bathroom is no longer supporting diversity. There are lots of places around here that are better to shop, and I will be shopping at those other places.

Terrible service received from store manager.
We tried to make an open box item exchange which was the wrong color & purchased within a 2hr window. The customer service person called the manager in to see if this would be okay & instead of a calm and simple "unfortunately we do not allow open box exchanges" (which would have been totally fine and would have just bought another in the correct color), we instead caught a surprisingly melodramatic tantrum about company policy which was completely unnecessary for such a minor question and $20ish item.
Anyway, Home Depot for the win!

Surprised by the incredibly poor customer service. Waited for someone to assist loading large tool box - zero urgency from the multiple employees encountered. Ended up loading everything ourselves.
