This would be a negative score if I could. They still delivered it to the wrong address even after I told them to call me after the first time they went to the wrong place and then they quit responding to me so I had to get the company I bought it through to get ahold of them then instead of calling they still delivered it to the wrong address.

The absolute worst nightmare shady company I’ve ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. They “can’t deliver” to our location so anytime a company chooses them for shipping our stuff doesn’t arrive. The other day they called to tell my wife she “has to refuse” delivery because they can’t deliver it. Now we are out $500 of meat.

If you are a small business and see this company populate for incredibly affordable overnight shipping in your shipping portal (Shipstation, shippo, etc) — save your sanity and just go with UPS/FedEx/USPS.
I drove 35 minutes to drop a package off at THIS ADDRESS that literally had a lock box on the door, no LSO signage, nothing. I tried to use the images on this listing to find if they had moved suites?? ended up trying a couple other doors before I gave up. At the time there was no number to call, no clarifying instructions on the website? Is this company a scam?
So instead, I drove to UPS, paid $8 more for a fraction of the headache and realized I should have done this all along. Don’t make my mistake - save yourself ?

They never delivered package and even put signed for! My cameras run 24/7 on entire property and no one came on my property to deliver are visit!

Google needs to update their rating process and be able to give companies negative stars, because that is what this one deserves. Package was ordered shipped out tuesday night from dallas coming to houston, so this is literally a 3.5 or so hr drive. Package was scanned in Houston September 18th, where i am since Wednesday and suppose to be delivered September 20th. But here we are Saturday, and my package has been sitting here and not out for delivery or anything else, and no one can tell me anything. Honestly, if you are ordering from a company and see LSO is the delivery company choose another delivery service. Now they are saying I won't get my part until Monday the 23rd when its been sitting in Houston for almost 5 days and yet to be out for delivery.

I've been trying to set up a new account now for two days and keep getting an error message. Forget using their online "contact us", if you don't have an account, it won't accept it.
Now I'm trying to phone them and the number is constantly busy. I think it's time to move to another company, ridiculous service or should I say, lack of service!
I have to give it one star otherwise I won't be able to post, but this company deserves zero stars!!!

DO NOT SHIP WITH LSO! Ordered parts for my car and LSO was used for shipping. The parts show to be in plano (60 miles from me) a week goes by, nothing parts shipped through other carriers (comeing from Florida, California, New Jersey) all show up. I tried to get in touch with LSO, no contact info just email us, call the company I ordered from they tell me package was lost. Now I'm waiting another week for replacement to be sent, this company is a joke DO NOT USE THEM!

0 STARS! This company "discarded" my Ulta package because it was "damaged in transit," as claimed by their customer service. How can you just throw away a customer's package without permission? Clearly, it was either stolen or lost during transit, and they refuse to take any responsibility by asking me to request a refund from the merchant. I can't even request a refund because I have no proof of the "damaged items" and the tracking is completely wrong. How is LSO NOT OUT OF BUSINESS and INVESTIGATED already when there has been the same complaints for YEARS??? I urge everyone to stop doing business with any merchants that use LSO just to save a few bucks on shipping, because good luck ever getting your packages.

The absolute WORST company for shipping. Reports packages as delivered and packages were never delivered. Security video shows no delivery at the time packages were reported.
If a company uses them for shipping - RUN! You will not get your packages.
