Car's tail light was out. Left it with them at 5:30 pm. They called the next morning, had it fixed. $15. I'll definitely be back.

Charged me for rotors and pads only replaced the pads. Be carefulupdate: patrick reached out in attempt to correct the issue unfortunately I had already had it redone elsewhere. Bumped the rating up a bit bc the follow up customer service was highly respectable. Thanks for your efforts patrick!Services: Brakes

Leaking power steering fluid, my 2004 4Runner just needed a few new hydraulic hoses. A few hundred bucks, I thought...The final tab was $1,500, and worth every penny. LugNuts fixed the rack-and-pinyon issues, the steering gear, and replaced leaking hoses. It's a 20 year old 4Runner with 185,000 miles, so that should be required normal maintenance.Patrick is honest and reliable. I've counted on that for years, and will continue to.

This place is amazing!! I've been to Lugnuts multiple times and they always do a fantastic job and it's always was less than what I was quoted at other places. I've had issues with my car and there has been times they've helped me out of the kindness of their heart due to it being something they could not directly fix. Go here!!

I hate to write this about a local business that I've gone to a number of times, but I am exceedingly angry at the way I was treated the last time I visited Lugnuts.I am going to say verbatim what happened so that there is no contesting of the truth. I brought my car in last week after getting a report done at another mechanic and Lugnuts quoted me almost $300 less than what the original report had quoted me. I brought my car in to Lugnuts to get it fixed based off of the report that I had done. While at Lugnuts, they informed me that there was another issue with the car that needed to be done as a safety priority. I fully agreed and let that $600 to $700 increase on my bill happen. I believed that it was necessary in order to make my car safe to drive. In total, my bill went from $1600 that the original mechanic quoted me to $2000 at lugnuts (LG had originally quoted $1200-$1400 based on the report). Then, less than a few days later, my car started to sound like it was struggling to turn over. I called to see if Patrick would listed to it to make sure I wasn't being hyper sensitive about car problems. I brought in the car around 5:30 in the evening and he told me "sounds great!" And so I left. About 14 hours later the battery was 100% completely dead. Nothing. I called Patrick asking about if something could have happened and to discuss how bizarre this problem was 72 hours post getting my car fixed and that I was hoping he could see why I was calling and trying to understand what happened. He went off on me. He said I was accusing him of breaking my car (I was not but this feels like projection) and that it "sounded fine" yesterday evening even though I clearly could hear something was wrong with it. He did NOT tell me to bring my car in to take a look. He did NOT have any empathy for trying to help me understand how this could have happened. He just said that when the weather heats up and cools down that this can happen - the lows have not been below 50 and the highs have not been above 75 so I doubt that's the cause. I ended up calling the original body shop back and not only did they say that there was no problems on the report in regards to my battery, but they also offered to have me come in and take a look at my car, even though they were not the ones who fixed it. I also was able to go to AutoZone, and they determined that I actually had a valid warranty (1 month!) on my battery still so I was able to get it replaced. But I will never go to this mechanic again I believe that he took advantage of my ignorance and overcharged me for things, I recommend going to almost any other mechanic than this one. I am sure that Patrick will come on here and try to argue what happened but this is verbatim what happened.

Patrick went above and beyond in figuring out what was wrong with the tail lights of my mom's car. Our family thanks you for being more than fair to us and persevering in figuring out the problem. A pat on a back!Service: Electrical

I had a great first experience with Lugnuts. They replaced wheel bearings for me and my car now drives like a dream. They had my car overnight, but I'm sure other places would've kept it longer. Many thanks doing a great job!

The mechanic sounds like a nice guy over the phone, and I’m sure he does a great job, but he requires cars stay with him for an indefinite long period of time. He quoted me 2 days or longer to get my replace my nut keys replaced on 2 wheels. It’s a 10 min job. Damn. Walmart was able to do the job 20 min before they closed. He also doesn’t do appointments.

Patrick and his team are great! It’s amazing to know a super reliable mechanic as a woman. He was super honest and checked out the stuff I told him from another diagnostic. Super affordable as well! And he got it done very quick! I was recommended to Lugnuts by another brake shop because they didn’t work on older cars like my 90 reatta. So a great discovery on my end for Lugnuts :))

Highly highly recommend, brought subarau to another shop(Austin automotive specialists) where I was quoted @4 gs for work, went to Lugnuts for a 2nd opinion, and received a quote that was significantly more reasonable. Then when the work was started was informed I didn’t need a bunch of the new parts I was originally told I needed from the other shop. Car is running great and I really appreciate Lugnuts honesty and transparency. 5+ out of 5.Service: Air conditioning

I really appreciate that I was able to get a quick and easy quote here without any hassle. So many other places wouldn’t return my call/email, tried to charge me for a quote, or insisted on doing a full diagnostic (even though I told them I already had one). The price seems very reasonable too! Labor at $135 per hour.

Used them multiple times. Trust them completely. That's really what you want from a mechanic, right?
