Spent well over $400 dollars here. It was my first time shopping here and 3 of the items I bought ended up being too big. They wouldn’t refund me for any of them because I washed them and wore them ONCE. Go to REI and don’t waste your money here. REI has a year return policy even if it’s washed and worn because they understand you need to wear it to see if it works for you!

Store manager was incredibly rude. I can see other people have commented with similar experiences; wouldn’t refund an item purchase on PayPal even though the website directed me there. I contacted Lululemon customer service and was told I could receive a refund, but they couldn’t make the store manager do it. But they did file a note about my experience.

Super nice phone customer service from Presley!
Called the store yesterday kind of stressing looking for the New Parent Backpack 17L in black for a baby shower gift. She got it and set it aside for me (letting me know it also could be sold at any point).
Luckily I was able to go after work and purchase the item with no issues and the people at the register were super nice, checked for sensors and gave me a gift receipt. Overall , such a smooth experience

Do not use this store. Horrible customer service.
I purchased using PayPal on their online website - and in VERY small fine print on their “returns” page - nowhere when you pay - does it say you can’t return for refund at a store if you use PayPal. Even more confusing, when I initiated my return through the online portal it says I COULD get a refund fully in store despite me having paid with PayPal. So I go to the store, wasting my time, and she says it has to be refunded to a gift card. I said where does it say this? And she pulls up the very small fine print that says via gift card. I show her how it tells me online thru THEIR return portal that it can be refunded in store and she tells me that it’s a glitch but also that she CAN refund me to my card she just won’t. LOL. Furthermore, it depends who you get because since they CAN I have had associates at that same store who have recently in the past done refunded despite me paying with PayPal (within past 1-2 months). In my opinion since this is not the customers fault and their own issue and I wasted my time she should have done a one time accommodation and informed me they will no longer. Instead, I now have to waste my time returning via mail and not that Lululemon cares but I truly will no longer shop with them. For a luxury brand their return policy is worse than targets or Walmarts.

Check your purchases for security tags before leaving the store or else you’ll be making another trip back… how difficult is it, really, to remove security tags from clothing at the register?

Hello I am very upset because it had an item on hold and yet they still sold it I am disappointed not only by their customer service but the way they acted completely fine not caring and taking zero responsibility for this issue just makes me sick so I hope it helps the next time you think about going to this store

LA was the most entitled, rude and dismissive sales associates I have ever encountered. Save yourself the grief and go to the west 6th location instead.

Javier is amazing!! He knows the styles and fabrics very well and guided me to find what I needed based on my activity level. I definitely loved my experience at this store thanks to his high level customer service!
