The manager there (girl, Chicago bears hat) was dope!!! She made right and then some on a warranty replacement, there was a slight miscommunication and it really didn’t even affect my experience to be honest. However the fact that even after affirming with her that I wasn’t upset or anything over not getting my replacement, she still went out of her way to still make right on something that she really didn’t need to and it stood out to me. As someone who also works in retail, I appreciate your customer care skills! Her staff was also super friendly, helpful, and informative. Will definitely swing by again next time I’m in Austin?

The customer service I received from my cashier was quite literally disrespectful and desolate, he asked me one question and proceeded to rudely hand me my bag, if your job isn’t enjoyable then you should probably leave.

Great stand alone location if you want to avoid the mall. Limited parking on the side. I appreciated that parking had a 30 minute limit and that this store was smaller. It allowed me to be laser focused!Was pleasantly surprised to find the items were fully stocked on a Saturday. Usually the mall locations are out of my sizes. Friendly staff and great service!

I was here for an online pickup today (25.10.23) and was instantly greeted and helped with. Got my order in literally in a minute. The staff here are more older so you feel less judged than you do at other Lululemons. Clean and not overstimulating as the light was more orange tint and quieter music. Parking was easy @ Waterloo records a few steps by. Bag secured!

I recently visited this Lululemon location and had an amazing experience thanks to Jess.
She was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Jess encouraged me to try on some pieces I wouldn't have thought to try on myself and helped me find the perfect shirt (first Lululemon purchase, and I was just visiting Austin from Toronto!)
Her expertise and genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for made all the difference. Jess was supportive and I didn't feel pressured or stressed while shopping...
While we have plenty of Lululemon stores in Toronto, I'd likely swing by this store next time I'm visiting! The store may not be the biggest, but Jess is truly a gem!

Men's clothing selection is super limited. You're better off going to the Domain location. Employees are nice, though.

I have been to this store a few times and every time I come the store is I expectedly closed! It’s so frustrating to come downtown for this store and constantly be turned away!I recommend going to the Congress street store.

Smaller store but lots of men's and women's inventory- easier to run in and not be overwhelmed. Very helpful staff. Free alterations. A go to for lulu in Austin
