I bought a tennis skirt and wore it four times. The first time I washed it, it ripped in multiple places. I brought the skirt to this location to ask for a replacement and they immediately blamed it on me. They said it was a problem with my washing machine, despite the fact that I’ve never had clothes rip before and have washed multiple Lululemon items weekly without issue. I buy from this brand for quality, longevity and good customer service. They offered no solutions at this location despite the faulty product. Very frustrating experience and it makes me question the quality of the brand.

Staff were at the door. They were helpful right away. I needed a size that wasn’t in the store and only had my apple wallet on me. Lauren made it a seamless experience by getting me a gift card and helping me order that way. Now to have my high impact sports bra at my door! The fabric is soft and stretchy, yet supportive. I recently tried a sports bra off of a top rated high impact sports bra list online and the fabric of the one I ordered hurt me. Pretty confident this one will be comfortable for long runs in the sun!

I had such a great experience thanks to LAUREN at the Congress location in Austin! She was incredibly helpful, had amazing energy, and totally elevated my shopping trip. She made thoughtful suggestions I wouldn’t have normally considered, and I ended up loving every piece I walked out with. It felt like shopping with a stylish, honest friend, we even cracked jokes. She really knew the product and cared about my experience. Just great vibes all around—thank you! She’s a valuable asset to your team!

I think I’m done with Lululemon. Between 2020 and 2024, I’ve spent over $4K on their apparel. Out of the blue, they changed their “Quality Promise” policy, which was supposed to cover repairs or replacements for garments purchased at Lululemon - and worse, they applied this change retroactively.
I now have garments with seam unraveling, just 14 months old (in use), that no longer qualify for support. I had stocked up on several colors of the ABC pants before the design change, trusting that if anything went wrong, Lululemon’s policy would have my back. But I now have brand-new pants from 2023 which could potentially have quality issues (still sitting in their factory packaging). On top of that, their product quality has noticeably declined since Fall 2023.
I highly recommend switching to Alo, Rhone, Athleta, Vuori, or other brands. At this point, Lululemon’s value just isn’t worth it in 2025.
I see their retroactive enforcement of the new policy as a serious breach of trust and lack of morals. I won’t be recommending Lululemon to anyone going forward.

Where to begin… I split my time between Toronto and the U.S., and before making a purchase, I confirmed with the team at the SoCo location that I’d be able to exchange items in-store (not return, just exchange). The associate I spoke with was lovely—she even mentioned her family was from Canada—so I felt confident moving forward with my purchase.
However, when I went to check out, I was told by a manager that exchanges weren’t possible. I could’ve asked for the original associate to clarify, but I didn’t want to create a scene, especially since I was now speaking with someone in a managerial role. Instead, they directed me to call customer service.
Understandably, I was frustrated, but I followed their direction. To my surprise, customer service confirmed that I could exchange the items. By this point, I was already back home, so I waited until the weekend to return to the store.
When I went back, I spoke with two managers who seemed just as confused about the policy. Thankfully, I had a screenshot from the company's website outlining the exchange terms. One of the managers read it and initially told me I’d have to mail the item in—but after I gently suggested she read it again, she acknowledged the policy and agreed to proceed with the exchange.
So far, not ideal, but manageable. The issue came when one of the items I needed was out of stock in store, so we placed an order online instead. Oddly, the price online was $10 higher than in-store for the exact same item. I pointed this out to the manager, assuming it was a simple mistake. Instead of offering any kind of support, she just looked at me and said, “I can’t change the price. What would you like to do?”
Really? At that point, I went ahead with the order, knowing I could follow up with customer service to get the difference refunded—but I couldn’t help but think how differently the situation could’ve been handled. A proactive manager might have offered to contact customer service on my behalf, or at least acknowledged the inconvenience.
While the sales associates were kind and helpful, the lack of clarity, communication, and basic customer care from the management team was disappointing. It’s a great brand, but the leadership at this location needs to step it up.

I had the best experience here! I was visiting from Orlando and wanted to do some shopping so I stopped in. The store was beautiful and well kept and all of the staff were extremely helpful. I decided to try on a few things and Paige went above and beyond while I was in the dressing room helping me find pieces I love that suit my body type. She made amazing recommendations and was super upbeat and amazing the entire time. Thanks to her I found a few pieces that were perfect for me! Thanks so much Paige!!!

Wonderful selection of clothing friendly staff and hassle-free returns with or without receipt because they have all your purchases on file. Just wish their prices were a little cheaper. But overall great store for all your workout needs.
