I recently purchased a beautiful Lexus ES 350 from Luxury Auto Works and it was literally, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Both Chris and Tyler were amazing! Professional, personable and very attentive to incredible customer service both before and after the sale. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I'm speaking on behalf of my girlfriend. She took her vehicle here to get work done from an accident. It took forever to get done. Then, when she got the vehicle back, a part was put on incorrectly. Because of that, it had to be replaced again. So when she took the vehicle back to get fixed again, they charged her to replace the part that they incorrectly put on. Then they stole her car charger and purse. The purse was left in by mistake. They did say, they're not responsible for any items left behind. But are they saying that because they know their technicians are thieves... Didn't think we had to take the charger out of the socket for a one day repair. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SHOP!(reply is not needed, it will not be read)

First time buyer and I must say i was a little leery at first buying a luxury car from a non traditional dealership but I had a great experience, John was a professional and very customer friendly. Bought my first high end car and I overall they gave me VIP treatment. Definitely would recommend John E. as your guy.

This place sucks I brought a Maserati from these people they didn’t service the vehicle before putting it on the showroom floor. Then the brakes were really bad one day after I drove off with the car. He fixed the brakes after I complained about it. I let him service my Cl550 and he gave it back with less power and messed up the radio Bluetooth as well as my steering column. When I went to the body shop to fix some damages to my body they left the service alert on in my dashboard. These guys have no clue on repairing high end cars. If there is a problem believe me he is going to charge you up the ting Yang. I am advising anyone to not buy a car from them or get the body work done they are full of it.

Had the most incredible experience here working with Ashleigh the front desk manager, and Frank the owner. They were amazing at communicating with me about any updates they had for my car. I was on a very tight timeline to get my car fixed from being rear ended. I needed the car to be fixed in 2 weeks before I moved! They were extremely attentive to my tight timeline on needing my car to be fixed and ended up completing the repair with 4 days to spare! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have their car repaired. They were extremely professional and helpful with any questions or requests I had. Super friendly and genuinely kind people! They even deep cleaned my car interior and exterior before returning the car to me! I wish every car repair shop was this amazing!! 5/5 :)

Won in small claims court. What a hassle, if they weren't so slippery and dishonest they would have replaced before shipment. Very suspicious that my review keeps on disappearing. How many others have they paid to remove?

Buyers be ware. high end vehicles not in best shape. Purchased a 2013 ferrari FF. asked about dash before flying in. was told everything was perfect. Arrived and dash is torn and leather shrunk. Got the car home and under panels are all gone. only 2 out of 6 left. Called dealership and was told that its a 10 year old car... what do i expect? I asked about condition. its a 10 year old ferrari. not a honda civic. Should be in better shape. Other cars there were in way worse shape then what is shown online as well. White dodge viper has orange peel on gas cap paint as well as entire front riddled with chips. Does not show in online pics. be careful

If I could give less than 1 I would!! Do not believe the high ratings on this place. I had side swipe damage to my acadia denali and brought it here. They kept giving me new dates that it would be ready by for 3 weeks in a row. Then i go to pick it up and they did not align the pieces back. The front fender trim is falling offand my hatch back does not line up. When I got in the car it was COVERED in the dust from sanding parts I presume, my head board is covered in dirt prints, and what look like splattered soda? (Not sure why you would need in the back with a drink while fixing someones car), not to mention scratches covering the plastic piece by my door handle And speaker, the inner door locks BENT on the side they were repairing(pictures added comparing what they SHOULD look like), and trash left in different areas. This is complete disrespect to someones vehicle and should NEVER happen when left in your care. I am SOOO displeased at this place and very angered at the damage they caused. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I hit a deer and wanted someone who specialized in luxury cars, specifically european cars, to repair my vehicle. Luxury Auto did a fabulous job with the body work on my car, it looks fantastic. Paint work was stunning, no more dents on the car, and they even replaced the vinyl stripes! I do have a very small panel misalignment, but I'm not going to ask them to fix it cause the bill ended up being very close to the value of the car. Thank god for car insurance Customer service was okay in the beginning, but as soon as I dropped my car off everyone was super friendly. My only complaint was that the completion date was pushed back several times. The wait was 1000% worth the quality of the job though!
