I needed work done on my truck so I called Thomas at Marco on north Lamar Blvd. In Austin Texas. The guys did an outstanding job painting the roof of the truck. Thomas is a wonderful person who treated us like family. Thomas explained all the price options and was upfront explaining the details. We couldn’t be happier with their service, we highly recommend Marco and will return for future work on all our auto paint work.

Lie to you charge me 1260.00 dollars
They said sand and prime but they not sanding or prime just put color lot of scratches not fill
I ask why you fixed he said no than I told him you said sanding prime it he fraudulently cheated on me now in need justice

Thomas Boyd is the man! I took the old 2005 Sequoia I bought for my 16 year old daughter in for a paint job. It was gold and looked rough, but I didn’t want to spend a fortune on a rookie driver. Thomas asked great questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. He didn’t try to upsale anything and was super straightforward. He got me out of there for way less than I was expecting and my daughter loves it. I highly recommend talking to Thomas if you need a paint job!

I am upgrading my original review because the manager called me wanting to make things right. One year ago I brought my van in to have a new fender and a door installed and painted while I went on a camping trip. Thomas promised to also paint a new replacement door handle while they painted the other parts.
After I picked up the van I realized my door handle was not in the van with leftover parts. I spoke with Thomas and he checked on it. He said it wasn’t ready because it had gotten scratched and needed to be repainted. I made a couple of return trips and numerous phone calls where I was given different stories. The front passenger door handle didn’t work right either.
I was lied to and my brand new part was lost and not replaced. I gave them a year to make things right.
After a full year with no attempt to return my new handle I gave the review explaining what had happened. The manager asked to meet. He sounded like he would have replaced and painted the door handle they lost but I had already bought a replacement. He agreed to have his guys install my handle and another I bought to fix the front one that quit working. Because of that I am upgrading my review. I know people make mistakes but I can’t tolerate being lied to.

I had a great experience getting my car painted here.
I have been driving a 2002 Corolla for a little more than a year now. It had been sitting in the hot sun for quite a while before it was mine, and had a lot of paint damage as a result. Additionally, I replaced two of the doors, so the colors were mismatched.
I decided to essentially start fresh with the paint and do a whole new color. The results are great!
I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted and the car was ready a day earlier than originally estimated. I'd definitely recommend Maaco for sprucing up an old ride!
