I'm done with Best Buy. Their customer service has declined and their return policy is terrible. I don't think they care about their customers any more.

Walked in about 7 today because I need to make a payment. Usually this takes like - minute, in and out. Today it took 15. Not because someone got confused of the register was working. They just decided to let me stand there because I kid you not, niche PS5 training was more important apparently.I walked in and some lady was trying to trade in her PS5 and I guess she tried haggling about it. I ended up waiting line 3-4 minutes behind that, which was annoying but not really anyone's fault. No biggie. But when they finished, the woman training this new cashier just kept rambling to him, going into all of the intricacies of PS5 trade ins. At one point she saw me and said "We'll be with you in a minute sir) and just let me stand there another 5 while she explained that European versions of the PS5 use a special plug and that sometimes...And I'm like wtf, this can surely wait as nobody's likely to walk in with one of those any time soon, but I've got my wife and kid waiting in the car. So I start watching Tiktok videos with the volume full blast. About 5 MORE minutes into that another customer gets behind me in line and ONLY at that point am I suddenly important enough to wave over another employee to help.I get training needs to happen. I don't expect service to be instantaneous. But to leave a customer just standing there waiting for an extended period just for the sake of talking about European PS5 cables? Seriously?

False advertising and extremely terrible customer service. I went to #203 today to buy an Xbox controller that was on sale for $49. Tell me why when I got to the register it was $70. Hmm. Someone put it in the wrong spot. Who's fault is that? On top of waiting in the line almost 10 minutes when their were only 12 people or so in the store. For now on I will drive all the way down south to #204 to get some real customer service.

I don't even know why this store is even open. There are no sales associates on the sales floor most of the time and if you do see one, they act like customers are an interruption. This is by far the worst Best Buy I have ever been to. The bar was pretty low for customer service at this company but this store sets it even lower. With the ridiculous 15 day return policy and lack of any intelligent sales associates, you may buy the wrong product and have to return it in 15 days or it's yours.Best Buy is abandoning in store sales and pushing customers toward online sales. Why order online if you are withing 3 miles of the actual store.I believe Best Buy will disappear soon much like Sears, Blockbuster Video, and Bed Bath & Beyond. They just don't get it.

I had great experiences at this location. First, I was shopping for a refrigerator. Laurie walked us around, answering our questions and helping us narrow down our preferences. Next was Esco. He worked the computer to find the refrigerator. He gave us a lot of information and was very friendly to talk to. Esco helped find the specific one we needed. On a second occasion, I needed to buy a new TV remote and was having some trouble due to the type of TV I have. Lauturo helped to determine which one would work. He even explained it to me, so I left with no worries. He was so nice to interact with. I really like this store. If Laurie, Esco, and Lauturo are representative of the type of employee Best Buy is looking for, then this store continues to be successful, and I'll be coming back.

What is Best Buy doing even open anymore? They have the worst customer service and actually, customer service anywhere these days is a trip down memory lane because you can't get good customer service anymore anywhere. The most incompetent millennial and Gen Z staff I have ever seen working there. They all have the personality of a fly swatter. Our country is doomed. Oh and if you buy anything there....you have just 15 days to return it. Bought a Keurig coffee maker, after about 13 days of using it the heating element went out and would not make hot coffee. But wait before you past judgement on me as the user. I clean my Keurig coffee maker every month religiously. The Keurig I had prior to that last 9 years. So I called Best Buy corporate because you can't get anyone to answer their phone when you call locally. They told me to return it and the "GEEK" squad would look at it. I did that and they said they don't fix coffee makers. So I returned to the customer service desk and they would not give me my money back because it was the 16th day and if I had gotten there on the 15th day they could have done something. One frickin day. Will never go back in that store again for anything.

Terrible customer experience.I've been using the local best buy stores after signing up for their total tech membership. One of the first products I bought was a Nest Thermostat. They repeatedly don't show for appointments with all day time windows. So I sit at home and wait, but no one shows up.When they came, they broke my AC. I've made two dozen calls to different tech support numbers, been transferred to every department available, called the store and no one called me back, drove all the way back into the store and was promised resolution and a time frame but no one followed up or responded to my subsequent emails when trying to resolve.Easily the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Now I am paying out of pocket and will need to chase them down for reimbursement. Use Amazon and save the trip.

I went in looking to replace my laptop. It has been years since I needed to purchase one. There's a ton of choices and I was a bit overwhelmed. Grant assisted me with my purchase. He was super patient and was able to match my budget with a laptop that accommodates my daily tasks in such a short amount of time. There's a ton of parking despite the location being a busy one. I recommend this Best Buy location especially for the great customer service for anyone that is usually overwhelmed by electronics purchases.

Store staff was helpful when asked, ended up purchasing a TV here after some browsing and guidance. Had to get someone to help ring me up and cart it out, not the easiest process in the world, but not terrible either. Seems a bit understaffed.

The design and installation of my system was 5 star, but recently being stood up twice for in home consultation to improve components make me reduce to 3 stars. This department seems poorly run and disorganized. I won’t be back back.

I'll never shop at Pacific Kitchen as well as Best Buy, again. I purchased a stove, washer & dryer in September 2019. Upon turning the stove on, gas would fill the entire house, and we would have to open windows and doors to ventilate it. We thought it might lessen as we used it but it didn't, so we called LG and they sent a technician in, about 7 months from the date of purchase. LG sent a part, so that when the technician arrived, they could fix what they thought might be the problem. The technician arrived and checked out what was happening. The pilot light was taking almost 20 seconds to turn on, after the oven and the gas was turned on. This was causing large amounts of gas to leak out into the house. He went to install the part and noticed it wasn't the right part, as this model stove was manufactured in June 2015, 4 years prior to the date of purchase. He was very surprised. He said he'd have to order a different part to fit this older model and that he'd be back in a few days. He came back in a few days and fixed the problem. While I'm grateful LG fixed the problem, I am still let down that Pacific Kitchen sold me a 4 year old stove, as new. Had I known it was 4 years old, I would not have purchased it. I'm surprised they had a stove, or any product for that matter, that was 4 years old. These things happen, and it's a bummer when the customer purchases something thinking it's new, only to find out, it is not. I don't think the sales person knew it was 4 years old, and I don't think anyone was trying to deceive us, however the fact is, we were deceived because we thought we were buying a new stove. When the customer and the company that sold product learns that the item is that old, I think it's only fair that the customer get what they thought they were purchasing. I asked for a replacement stove, but the manager, John, said there was nothing he could do. I asked if I could speak to someone above him and he said no, but that he would talk to corporate. He called back a few days later and said there's nothing they can do. I don't think this is good business and there's plenty of places to purchase appliances. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Prepare to wait for assistance at the car audio/electronics. No car audio specialists ever came to assist me. The people I dealt with had no sense of urgency nor did they have any customer service skills. The woman who helped answer a different question regarding installations was obviously having a bad day because she was quick to get rid of me. She was rude and condescending. Don't spend your time, energy, and money here waiting on these people. You'll only be disappointed.

I tried to support a retail store instead of ordering from Amazon, but that turned out to be a giant mistake. Bought a computer from Best Buy and later decided I didn't need it and tried to return it 19 days after I bought it. Turns out they have a 15 day return policy and they said they can't make an exception. I've never heard of that short of a return time. Oh well, I guess they are trying to get every penny they can out of their customers before they go out of business...
