I've been working with Katy and her fantastic staff for 3 years. They helped me set up streamlined financial systems for my Architecture practice when I launched in 2016 and it's been smooth sailing since then. They are fairly priced, easy to work with, and do a great job for their clients. My taxes used to take me months to complete. With our current system I have about 5 hours of work per year and everything else is automated or handled on their end. Great CPA, highly recommend!

I had been with Manninen for years. They overcharged me to setup my Quickbooks when I first came on board. I was able to watch how their people work and they were charging me for various errors like correcting spelling on my reports that were mistakes made by their team. They repeatedly forgot to file my franchise reports for my business. Now my business owes a lot of money because of Manninen PC because they did not file the proper paperwork for my businesses, even though I paid them to do this job. I had to pay another CPA extra to fix their mistakes. They did not check in with us to make sure our businesses were well taken care of. They prioritized other larger accounts over ours. When I brought these issues to their attention multiple times, they did not take responsibility, nor have apologized to date and have since avoided all calls and emails from my business. I would not recommend this team to any friends or businesses. They are overpriced and quite frankly dishonest.

Katy does taxes for my whole family and me. My Dad, Sister and Brother in Law and I have been using Katy for 5+ years. She always goes above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome. There is something about a place that takes the time to get to know your tax situation and offers first class service tailored to your unique needs. I don't make a lot, I have some strange deductions due to a messy divorce, and I always feel like these guys are taking great care of me. Taxes. Can there be anything scarier? With Katy at the wheel I felt comfortable and far less stressed than the years of having to go through the paperwork with someone new each year. I can't stress enough how comfortable they made me feel. Nothing was 'new' to Katy, nothing was a 'surprise' and she had my refund (yes, refund!) back to me in record time. I'll be there again for 2012's taxes and I know they'll be just as great as last year and the year before. Thanks Manninen PC for doing a great job!
