I had been looking at a luxury timepiece and am so glad I stumbled into Marc Robinson Jewelry in the mall. I worked with Matt who helped me pick out a Longines watch. I felt comfortable going with a more expensive watch because he wasn’t pushy on a sell. Unlike another store that pushed me to look at a pre-owned Rolex. Matt was patient when my very inquisitive kids asked a million questions. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready for another watch.

Not a big shopper. Definitely not at a mall. Went to the first jewelry store I saw and I was very impressed with the customer service. Not pushy and asked what I was looking for and went directly to the items. Very nice guys there.

I have been to this store multiple times and I bought a beautiful ring for my beautiful wife last year and I had to come back the other day My wife purchased this necklace a month ago, and I realized just how much she wears it. She bought it thinking it'd be good for special occasions. She has to say it's been a great addition for both dressy and dress-down days. She Just loved it, I would say this store has great products, and great customer service must visit!

We recently made a purchase of our wedding ring for me and my husband and we found our perfect match at Marc robinson barton creek location staff is very friendly and they gave our purchase a personal touch by helping us and made us feel very special and we would recommend all our frnds and family to visit the store rozi was the person who helped us.Thank you so much rozi!!

Hi, in reference to a previous review, I am M G’s wife. Your response is literally a lie. I called several times expressing that the amount charged was not the amount quoted by your employee. The owner refused to talk to me and 3 times I was promised a call back that I never received. They refused to give a refund, promised a voucher, then refused to give that either. This is hands down the most frustrated I have ever been with a service. I recommend no one use Marc Robinson for any jewelry purchases or services.

If I would have known the headache my wife and I were in for at this store I would have learned how to re-size rings myself. After we purchased our rings elsewhere, we went to Marc Robinson for resizing because their employee Tony quoted us $45 per ring and a 5 day turnaround. My wife and I are stationed in NC with the military, so my brother in law went to pick up the rings after 10 days of calling and being told by a rude employee they didn't know when they would be ready. He was charged $65 per ring and we didn't catch the mistake until after he paid.Every time we spoke to an employee they acted inconvenienced and were unable to help us. They would promise to talk to the manager and call us back but never did. After 4 to 5 interactions like this, my wife finally got the manager Matt to pick up. He was actually helpful and agreed to talk to the owner about refunding us the money we were charged over the quoted price, or to get us a voucher for in store use. We really didn't want a voucher as we didn't plan to shop there again, but said we would take it if that's all we could get. After waiting several weeks, I called back and spoke to him again. The owner, Rozi, was in the store at the time but refused to speak to me on the phone or give her manager, Matt, the authority to actually handle the problem. After speaking with her again, Matt told me that she had agreed to give us a voucher for the difference if we bought something over $500!!! (More than we spent on either of our wedding bands...). He got her to come down to $400. I told him I appreciated his efforts, but that this was absolutely unacceptable. Last Thursday, I asked him to tell Rozi to choose between a cash refund, an unrestricted voucher, or a one star review by the following Sunday. She decided that she would prefer a one star review over honoring the quoted price.Rozi, here is the one-star review that you chose. If you are interested in earning our trust back, please do not hesitate to reach out to give us a cash refund or an unrestricted voucher and I will happily take down this review. Interacting with your staff (except Matt) was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. Which is saying a lot considering I've flown on Spirit Airlines.

In your response to MG's review, you said that I (the brother-in-law) took a picture of the receipt, and you are using this as a basis to deny a refund.In fact, when I asked your staff for a receipt they said that since the payment was through Zelle, the Zelle confirmation functions as the receipt and that no other proof of purchase would be issued. I get your system now. Overcharge through Zelle, don't issue a receipt, and then demand a receipt in order to correct your overcharge. Does Simon know that an elaborate scam store occupies their real estate?

Which is completely unprofessional. They also use their phones to play games while talking to you. And no one knows how to do anything in the store other than the manager who’s only there half of the time. When making the purchase they didn’t know how to use the register. So they constantly kept going into the office to speak to the manager who couldn’t come out because they’re with the crying baby. Then when I call with basic questions like when will the ring arrive they will hang up to ask the manager. One guy told me he’d call me back and never did. I had to call him a week later and ask to be on hold to finally get an answer. They don’t follow up. They don’t know how to do anything. They don’t care about you or your purchase. I was told my ring would be in, in two weeks. Four weeks went by and still no ring! Not even a single update about it. I had to reach out to them just to get hung up on. This place is a mess and I’m not sure how they’re still running. They need a lot of help. Wouldn’t shop here ever again and definitely will not recommend to anyone either. I’ll actually tell everyone to not come here or waste their time here. Shop elsewhere.

Came in to have a watch link removed. They said yes. Guy was clueless and was hitting my watch with a mallet for a screw in pin. My God, why do they say yes if they are clueless? Be carefull don't here staff is not qualified.*shouldn't be trained at customer's expense*
