We received phenomenal customer service from Juliana, who clearly loves her job selling the most comfortable clothes on the planet. Prices are high, but I believe the quality is worth it. When you want to splurge, this spot doesn't disappoint. They also recycle clothing and offer discounts to locals.

I was in town for ACL and wanted to stop by SOCO and I had never been in this store before. I was really amazing by how fast they were to greet, the quality of clothes, and how clean the store was. Anisa was extremely helpful at directing me to her favorite items and setting me up with a fitting room. I had no intention of buying anything but left with a cute set and some shorts that hugged me better than my own mom. I’m so glad I stopped by here and will make an effort to come by every time I’m down in Austin!

Great quality clothes and awesome customer service! My husband and I got a few items over the weekend, and had issue with one of the shirts - the staff gladly addressed it and offered store credit. Will be back!

I have purchased several items from the store and online for myself and family member. When necessary, I found the return process to be very easy, and quick, and recently was assisted very professionally and seamlesslyby Sandra, one of the associates. She encouraged me to do a little shopping while I was doing the return, and I left with a great new sweater that was on sale! The quality of the clothing is excellent and the store has a friendly vibe.

The store will not provide paper receipts. If you want to be able to return something, you must provide your email address. If you don't provide your email address, it's final sale. I was told that I would only receive my receipt, no spam. That was a lie. Before the end of the day I was already receiving marketing emails.Let's imagine a future when every store that you go into, you must spell out your entire email address for a receipt. You're immediately added to their mailing list. Why?? Receipts are not a significant amount of paper/waste.

The clothes are nice and staff friendly, but didn’t appreciate the fact that they will not give you a receipt unless you give them your email. They will not print receipts at all. In addition, when you provide your email address in order to get a receipt, they automatically add you to their marketing list. I asked them not to add me and was told that I will automatically be added and they couldn’t prevent it. I think this is an absolute invasion of privacy and a conniving way to forcefully get your email address for their marketing list.
