This is my first apartment and I must say im throughly impressed. From the maintenance team to the leasing office employees. The friendliness and ease of living here is simply amazing. Also not to mention the security as well.

Outstandingly great experience (dedicated office staff and maintenance team, apartments, building, amenities, cleanliness, atmosphere, inside appearance, location) even more than the excellent CWS proprieties I stayed (California, Arizona, Texas) so far.
The staff deserves the big credit, to detail below the amazing office staff and highly dedicated maintenance team).
Propriety manager Mr Chavez, leasing consultant Ren, the new assistant manager Chloe, are very welcoming, positive, friendly, patient, caring, going the extra mile to help (Mr Chavez leading by example, passionate, often staying after the closing time without hurry to help out - that never happened to me before; also the other staff keeps the same attitude of caring, enthusiasm, thoroughness), giving a vibe of a family environment.
The maintenance team - highly dedicated director and special professional Peter, great techs Tom and Doug - are doing a thoroughly great job, each detail being perfect at move-in, having also a very prompt response and proving skillful work, care, friendliness, when placed a request (for example dir Peter, working long time on his knees, together with Tom, provided with dedication and enthusiasm a customized request I asked for).
The tenants are very polite, joyful and the atmosphere shows that the diversity and decency are welcome.
Cleanliness and fresh scents on propriety are very appealing.
The apartments are very modernly equipped, looking like brand new in all details, lights, appliances, very convenient and good looking design, plus the living rooms have sound proof sliding doors (so the street noise (that is btw not loud) is not a hindrance if enjoying the nice view of the upper floors Burnet Rd side apartments, having even a small outside pathway at each floor). Also the ceiling is very high (in units and hallways).
The infinity pool and atmosphere around, as well as the great fitness center, are amazing and decent. The business center, club room, media center are also impressive in modern equipment and expensive looking facility (also to mentioned the super easy on-site or remote application process).
The multi-level parking garage is offering better and healthier environment than the underground garages typical for high rise downtown buildings (where underground humidity and mold were a small issue), plus you can walk easily from your car into the inside hallways at each floor.
The cleaning crew (Siomara) also does a great job.
The recently new valet service staff is doing a thorough job (Brayton going the extra mile to check thoroughly, pick up, inform of any issue, alert on building security).
Security is very thorough and sharp - I walked after midnight many times to my upper floor parked car and security was always vigilantly and regularly patrolling and checking each car (management contracted the professional TX2 , i.e. security guard, Nicholas thoroughly searching for indicators of transient activity, Marquise,, Tyrus,, JC, Calvin, Ruben), all very sharp and also very polite and friendly.
I strongly recommend this propriety. As mentioned, it has a new management, very unique, passionate, caring and determined to cater to each tenant (even getting extra help if needed, i.e. Christian from different CWS site) - all team being lead by the example of the highly dedicated professional, caring and friendly, the Community Director, Mr Chavez.

We’ve lived at Marq on Burnet for about a year with our 8-year-old, and it’s been one of the best apartment experiences we’ve had in Austin. We always feel safe and secure, which gives us great peace of mind.
The property manager, David, is truly exceptional. He goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. He knows everyone by name, is always kind and approachable, and genuinely cares about the community. Anytime there’s a concern, he handles it quickly and efficiently. His leadership, along with the amazing assistant manager Chloe, makes living here such a great experience.
Even the maintenance team is fantastic—they are fast, reliable, and always keep the property in great shape.
The location is super convenient, with so much nearby, including a great restaurant and coffee shop right below the apartments. Plus, it’s in a fantastic school district, which has been a huge plus for our family.
It’s been an incredible place to live, and we highly recommend it!

I recently moved to Austin and Marq on Burnet was my first home here. I recently moved out and it’s safe to say I will miss it a lot! The apartments are really nice for the price and the service is great! The amenities are really nice for the most part but there are a few things I think they could tweak.
Courtyard spaces are really nice but they need to be maintained and cleaned more. Especially in the area with the hammocks. It got pretty bad especially in the summer months.
The gym is really nice, and it’s hard to find a place that has a gym with up to 100 pound dumbbells which is awesome. But some of the machines are outdated. Especially the bikes. Maybe put in some pelatons? I know a lot of people would love that. The smith machine could use a new set of plates as well. Also I saw there were sonos speakers in there but there was no way to connect to them.
Other than that I can say the Marq is an awesome place to live. The management is super nice and it really feels like home. I had an apartment locator and around this area for the quality and size of the apartment for the price, you won’t find a better deal! I referred one person to the Marq who ended up moving in and I’ll continue to do so to anyone looking to move!

I’m really enjoying our apartment. It’s perfect for us in so many ways and its central location makes it easy to pop into our favorite places to eat and drink. Our maintenance guy is quick and on it. I have high ceilings and can’t change the air filter myself so it’s nice that they do that for us. It has to be changed every 3 months and they are happy to do that for me. Great place!

Update: I mistakenly dropped my phone down the trash chute and Chloe and Doug were both so gracious in helping me retrieve it! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!
I moved here a month ago and could not be happier! The leasing and maintenance staff are both very communicative and helpful.

Ive lived here for a little over a year now and I really don’t have a negative thing to say about it! Love the community here and great maintenance staff as well always ready to fix any potential problems and in a timely manner! All the amenities are well taken care of too! Move here if you can, you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love this apt. I moved in in July and have had nothing but good experiences with management as well as maintenance. The gym and pool are great amenity’s and are always clean!!

My experience here has been great, my apartment’s quiet and the hallway and common areas are kept very clean from what I’ve seen. The office staff are easy to talk to and helpful as well!

I am been a resident for almost a year now. We really love it here. The location is great and there is so much to do on Burnet. We really love that the apartment feels really safe and secure. Our unit has really tall ceilings, concrete floors, and a lot of light which is amazing. The pool and public areas are kept clean and the mail room is nice. There is also plenty of parking.

I have lived in quite a few apartments, but this has by far been the best one! :) We have had little to no issues and even when we did the maintenance team was there the next day to save the day! Everyone in the community is welcoming and kind. I can even tell my dog loves it here! Excellent community- thank you!

I am a current resident and have enjoyed my experience here. Great location, easy to access downtown, the domain, etc. Maintenance is incredibly fast. Amenities (pool, gym) are very nice, especially compared to other apartments in Austin. The neighborhood behind the apartment is very charming and walkable. Plus, close to a lot of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.
The new community director, David, has been very helpful and accommodating.

I have been a resident here for 2 years now and have had a fantastic experience. The amenities and units themselves are extremely nice. The location is great, close to downtown and the domain with plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding area.
The management team here is amazing. Everyone is extremely nice and wants to go out of their way to help their residents. Maintenance has been fantastic, they act very quickly on work orders and are always very friendly.
I would highly suggest this complex if you are looking for an apartment in North Austin!
