We experienced a profoundly disappointing encounter at this establishment. My daughter expressed a desire for a Vera Bradley Disney bag, prompting an employee to procure it on our behalf. Upon reaching the checkout counter, we requested that the bag be included in our purchase. Regrettably, one of the cashiers proceeded to sell the bag to an individual without our consent. This egregious error deeply upset us, prompting us to return all items purchased.
To prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, it is imperative that the establishment implements robust measures. When requesting identification, cashiers should verify the customer’s name on the product or approach them personally to demonstrate ownership. This proactive approach will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also ensure the integrity of transactions.

Fitting rooms close an hour early with no announcement. I came into this store about 2 hours before closing …when I heard an announcement that the store would be closing in an hour I went to the fitting rooms but was told they had closed at a few minutes ago. When I asked why they announced that the store was closing but didn’t mention that the fitting rooms were closing they said “we don’t announce that”. —Strange policy for a clothing store.

Girl in register 8 at the moment- not sure if laziness of effort, or what but putting evening in one bag when the store uses very flimsy bags as it is is a bad idea.

This is your basic Marshalls but the clothing was hard to find because the sizes were not in its rightful place. Don't think I'll be visiting this location again.
