I always find my fur baby’s treats here when I can’t find them at other locations. This location is clean and very well stocked. Bathrooms are ok…
I would highly recommend.
Plenty of parking and places to eat if you get hungry.

Loved shopping at Marshalls on Braker Lane! Great finds, amazing prices, and a well-organized store. The variety is fantastic, and the staff was super helpful. I’ll definitely be back for more!

So disappointed this location has gone downhill. I am literally just leaving. I was rang up just now by the Store Manager, Maria. At least that is what her badge said. They had me to lane 8. I got there and Maria told me to “hold on” while she spoke to an employee. I was floored she did not prioritize my transaction after they called me to the line. So, I wait for her to finish. Then she starts ringing me and talking to other employees. The only time she spoke to me was to ask me if I wanted a credit card. Then she went back to talking to other employees. Another employee even asked her why she was ringing up people. I am asking the same thing, given she never once greeted me. Maria, you are the poorest example of a manager that I have ever seen at any Marshall’s anywhere because you are literally teaching your team by example not to prioritize the customer standing in front of them. Only desperation will make me shop here again. Maria, do better—my goodness—you’re the manager. Unbelievable! Check my transaction…around 12:45pm on January 25th, 2025.

This is on of the best and most organized Marshalls stores I’ve ever been to! Even in the holiday (pre-Christmas) chaos, it was easy to find items - clothing racks and shelves were neatly organized. There was a good variety of items and prices are reasonable! The checkout line was super long, however registers were staffed, making the waiting time faster than expected! I highly recommend this store.

Went there on a Saturday and there were literally over 30 people in line in front of me, winding around the rows and half way through the store, everyone pouring sweat without enough AC. The selection wasn’t great compared to the last time I went into a (different) Marshall’s, it was sloppy and poorly organized, people bumping into you everywhere, it was nuts. Clearly there is a huge demand for quality stuff at great prices in Austin. If they added staff, organized the store, and made sure the AC was good in the summer, it has such potential. The prices were terrific and the cashiers were as efficient as possible and very nice which was amazing given the situation, it was not their fault at all. But boy I love shopping, and that was one of the few shopping experiences in my life I didn’t enjoy.
