I was Christmas shopping on the evening of Monday the 22nd and was checked out by Jessica. She was patient and genuinely helpful even though I was purchasing quite a few items. She also took extra care to make sure my glass candles were well wrapped, which I really appreciated. Overall, she was thoughtful, kind, and made the experience pleasant and easy. Thank you, Jessica!

Store was clean, stock was organized, shopping was relaxed (it was 10am on a weekday). Lots of inventory. Quality items. I love Marshalls, and this one is in a great location..love the parking availability and access to other stores in the shopping center. Shop here!

Selection is up and down for an average sized woman, but overall love this location. It’s always clean, staff is helpful and attentive.

This afternoon I found a shirt for $10, but when I went to pay, it was $30. They had put the wrong price tag. That's not my fault; they should have sold it to me for $10. Very poor service. I won't come back!

Great customer service experience! Miraya I think that was her name who checked me out was very professional and courteous. Positive attitude and beautiful smile. She helped me apply for a credit card and I was approved. Definitely coming back to this store.

Went to try on two shirts 20 minutes before the store closed, was told by the lady working the fitting rooms “it’s closed”. Was about to spend over $200 on home, pet, and clothing items - put all the items back and left due to the lack of quality customer service. Very disappointed I drove 30 minutes for this experience.

Dressing room is closed and has been for a while for “construction”. You cannot be a clothing store and not give people the ability to try something on. It’s unacceptable. If you want to do construction in the middle of the holiday season, then open up the bathrooms or something to allow people to try something on. Simply saying “well you can always return it” is not an acceptable answer.
