I've known of a resident who has lived there for 15 years. He's been a buddy mine for awhile, and I feel that Mary Lee does a decent job with the care of the residents living there.

This place not clean thay have Is a lot of bugs over there some the staff is really rude and people living there bugs in food room dayroom they don’t make them clean up they Room only they make them clean in dayroom That why bugs infestation of dirty disability don’t clean and some the staff baby some disabilities them this place old fell a apart not safe it not keeping up that staff they not to like to work forever and disability be rude and mean and bullying not respectful over disability people over staff out here people getting hurt by falling down the sidewalk it not staff at night in day room because it locks it after9.00pm open at 6.00pm in the morning if is emergency or you not feeling well you need something to make feel better at southpointe Yes, they can’t pay enough.. so the people that take the job are not very good at it and don’t care about the residents Thay all lot of sweet crazy psycho and and stupid in the thay head Lots don’t put your love ones at Maryleefoundation . Of Tham residents and is lots racism out there to white black Mexicans over colours of skin by getting gay people by the residents at Maryleefoundation and thay called damage with stuff and vehicles getting they can’t control them at all

Former employee. The services offered to clients are the absolute minimum. The homes are filthy. Employee support was only one step away from non-existent. The overnight staff, if they show, come prepared to sleep all night while getting paid $11 an hour to provide supervision! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I briefly worked for 3 other companies that were even worse.

The leasing office is very unfair, I live at the Legacy apts when I moved here under housing vouchers my rent was $266 on September 15, 2021 but now they are charging me regular rent of $430 when they know I live in the poverty range of low income but they told me the Legacy is not for low income and that is not true it it written in the Legacy brochure I believe that I am being discriminated and it makes me wonder how many other people they have done this to especially the mentally challenged and handicapped people this is truly unfair!!!

It's really not a good environment for anyone to stay here lots of police in and out and other people that don't belong there at night time put people at risk and also have a lot of roaches very not healthy

I am speaking from personal experience when I say Mary lee is not the place to be. The way it is described is not how it auctually is. nothing is consistent around here and rules are not properly enforced. The building itself looks like it's on its last leg and is not the cleanest place. The staff here are not the most professional. I question how qualified these people are that work here. Honestly if you ask me this place should be shut down. The only thing that seems to be taken seriously around here is money and making sure state can't prove anything shady that goes on here. Sometimes I question how safe it auctually is to live here based on things that go on. I would not recommend this place.

Marylee is not the quality as you think there are really terrible Staffing down there that who would neglect or verbally abuse you and they never do anything about it and the Mary Lee Foundation takes most of your money anyways by either bills or or enforcing you for Mary Lee Foundation to be the client's payee and they are very out-of-date and they don't do so well take my word don't go with these people

This is a wonderful place for brain injury patients! My sister-in-law had an incident which left her unable to walk or talk correctly or even think and function. She attended their in patient brain injury rehab which consisted of classes on budgeting, cleaning, meal preparation & anger management. There was also physical, occupational and speech therapy along with fun outings and activities. The staff was exceptional and supported her all the way through the rehab. After rehab, she was offered affordable housing and a job! Through their warm, caring guidance, she was able to reclaim her life and live in her own apartment even with having some diminished capacity. They work miracles at this place!
