UPDATE: Tried calling the "business owner" four times. No answer and no voice mail. General manager is never "at his desk" according to the receptionist. Three months now after purchasing the vehicle and I have NO license plates, NO registration, NO title. My next call is to my attorney. BEWARE! The rating of the scam dealership just went from two stars to one.

Purchased a 2023 Maserati Levante on 08/02/23. Brand new for an amazing discounted price $88,000 out the door! I was told i was given an AMAZING discount from MSRP of over 100k. After a week I was disappointed with the car its self not preforming like I thought it would and the lack of specs. Went shopping around and found some other options that met my need but was shocked when every dealer offered me trade value on the Levante for as low as $57,000-$66,000 I thought this had to be a mistake since i was given SUCH a GREAT deal (at least from what the dealer told me). I had a work trip for a couple weeks but when i came back i drove down to Maserati to see what they would offer me back for the car after having it for 5 weeks. I knew I wasn't going to get my full amount back but i was hoping they'd at least switch me into another vehicle for the same value since i purchased it there and had owned it for so little time. NOPE i was offered $65,000 for essentially borrowing it for 5 weeks. More than a $20,000 loss in 5 weeks. I was told that was the "Market" right now. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy the car. Performance is like driving a Prius and the tech is about 10 years behind. All you're buying is a depreciating brand

So, was brought to my attention today that last month (June 2023), this dealership/accounting department, illegally cashed a check that was issued by my insurance company that was made out to me and them by mistake. Not only were they not to be issued a check, because it was for a job the dealership was NOT and did NOT perform, but the fact my name was also on the check, required my signature to endorse. Hmm, I was never notified or gave consent. I just happened to find out today because the correct business never received the check brought it up and the insurance company researched the check and saw this dealership CASHED IT!!!! Oh and here's another kicker, I took my car (Maserati) here months ago for a repair, picked it up, was losing power, they couldn't figure out why, mind you I don't live in Austin, so I was advised from locals in my town to bite the bullet and get it to the Dallas location, they immediately figured out the issue! The part Maserati put in there was put on WRONG! And you guessed it- they did not compensate me for me getting the repair done over which was in risky taken to them to begin with, nor time missed off work going all the way to Dallas to get the ---car fixed! Called corporate and the service department Mgr, no empathy! But I'm sure if I was a rich, white, tycoon, I'd gotten a different outcome! This place is disgusting. Oh yeah, and last but not least, there was a roll left under the hood of my car after a repair. Talk about incompetent service department. Shame on you! And I am a active duty military member who works pretty darn hard for my money. To serve a country for people who thinks this behavior is ok is below disrespectful!!!! There needs to be a negative zero for stars here!!! In

I purchased 2 Maserati from Maserati of Austin in 2021. for which I totally regret. They have the worst service department I have been to. I have owner a few luxury cars in the past, Ferrari, and over 11 BMW's. Maserate annual maintenance service on my car was a night mare. My wife will not take her car in for she is not happy with the care of service and concerns they did on my car. Not so funny today, neither my Maserati will start nor my wife's. I called the dealership to let them know my car will not start. Alex, at the service department answers with mumbling words for which I ask him to repeat. I told him all my lights were blinking all over inside and outside the car and the car will not start. What might be the problem. Alex, answer is I do not know. Internet search shows battery issues, wow Alex great help. Now, I will have to have both cars towed to dealership I hate because of poor service. k

Mr. Kevin Adcock, General Manager of Maserati of Austin, or Hi Tech Motorcars, replied to my seething negative review pretending to care about the horrible issues raised followed by an offer for me to contact him to talk about these disgusting issues! So I did!!! He responded righ away and said that he will "get down to the bottom of these issues immediately and get back to me". It has now been almost 3 weeks with no reply... what a joke! It is obvious Maserati of Austin and Mr. Adcock could care less how badly this father of 2 Marines who gave up their lives for all of us, including them, was treated at their dealership's service department. Again, SHAME ON YOU MASERATI OF AUSTIN AND HI TECH MOTORCARS, SHAME ON YOU!!!

This was the very first time ever buying a vehicle sight unseen. James was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely trust his judgement and expertise in the future!

Worthless service department for Pre Purchase Inspection. Go elsewhere. Was charged for 3 hours of work to do a PPI which took under 2. Whoever did the work missed so many obvious things. I do not believe they ever drove the car or they would have noticed many things. Then I got an estimate of about $26,000 for repairs for a 17 yr old car that is not worth that much. And to boot, they gave no explanation why these things needs to be addressed. Just an estimate to replace them. I honestly think that they had no interest in the car as it was not a $100,000+ new one. Only good thing was that it gave me quite a bargaining tool with the seller. But still. I would not return to these guys for anything.

Called to get help since dealership in San Antonio has closed down. Their service department is unwilling to help with guidance on warranty work and wants me to return to the dealer in which I bought. When I reminded that the dealership is "OUT OF BUSINESS" I got an "oh well, that's too bad" instead of " let me help you out". This dealership should not be allowed to sell such a beautiful car like a Maserati, theyre tarnishing the brand.

I emailed the GM, Apollo, 5 days ago. Since he refused to respond to me, I'm leaving a review. This was my email to him. Apollo, I've been with Maserati for approximately 5 years. My first Maserati purchase was a great experience. I worked with Angelina and she helped me lease a 2015 Maserati Ghibli. Again, aside from some unexpected tire costs, a great experience :) In December of 2017, almost to the day, I was approached by Alias Nawas. He wanted to get me into a new Ghibli. I told him, if you can keep my monthly payment the same or better, I'm all ears. Not too long after that conversation, he had a deal for me on a new 2018 Ghibli. After looking over the deal, I pointed out to him that I needed more than 12000 miles a year. I'm in the real estate biz, so driving is a requisite AND what's the use of having a Maserati if you're not going to drive it! :) He assured me that those mileage numbers didn't matter and I could drive as many or as few miles as I wanted. I questioned him about it and he said it's the way my lease was structured. He threw out some car biz lingo and it sounded legit. As it turns out and I found out yesterday, this was all a lie. My assumption now is he needed another sale before the end of the year for a bonus and knew I wouldn't budge on price considering I still have another year on my lease. On the phone yesterday Alisa denied he the conversation we had 2 years ago, which means I'm the liar, right? Even today, Alias had to come up to me and tell me a sob story about how much he's losing on this car and all the efforts he went through to get it done. Wanna bet there's another bonus waiting for him? Don't take the bet, I know there is. As of yesterday, I was very close to my max number of miles with a year and a half to go on my lease. If I were to keep the car any longer it would cost me approx $7000 in overage miles. If I turn the car in early, it would cost me $16,650. Begrudgingly, I had to roll over into a new 2019 Maserati Ghibli today. Alias lied to me to get me in a new car, so he can make a bonus. Now, I'm stuck with y'all for another 3 1/2 years. It could be worse, after all I'm bitching about driving a Maserati.

This review is recent (this week). I'll reserve comments on the actual work until I get my Levante (likely next day or so). What I'm concerned about is: When I purchased this car from Angelina (concur she is great, but has retired, alas), their service while not great was good enough. When the car needs servicing, they would have a loaner car; now you have to wait at least 2 weeks, back then it was within days that one was promised and then brought to your residence or office. The Maserati would be driven to the dealership and the loaner would be left. When finished, the same service was there in reverse. Now, they don't pick up/deliver. Is this a high end dealership or not? When politely questioning this apparent change in policy, was told that we don't have many loaners available. (not expecting another Maserati but the loaner was typically an Audi - the 2 dealerships are next door to each other) And delivery/pick up, forget about it. I am checking around but have found out that the other high end auto dealerships (Porsche, Lexus, Jaguar, etc.) have the service one should expect. So what has happened to Maserati-Austin??? There would appear to be fewer Maseratis in their lot. Wonder why? I'm told (little birdie) that is because their sales are considerably down. Wonder why? Such a shame. Maseratis are beautiful autos. The Italians really know how to style and the engine is made (I think) by Ferrari. Guess what? I'm going to check out trading to another non-Maserati automobile that my research will tell me that their "service" is accommodating and appreciative.

My experience at Maserati of Austin was exceptional. I got an amazing car for a great price. The sales manager Elias worked very hard to find me the right car with an affordable payment for me, and a fair deal on my trade in as well. Thanks to Nick, Kurt, Elias, and Roy for taking extra special care of me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Maserati. They are the best, and can't be beat!

I bought my Maserati from this dealer. Their responsiveness and service was less than average for any car and I will attempt to avoid using them in the future. Their website was inoperative for making a service appointment. I called the number listed (November 6, 9:00 AM and was routed to voice mail. Left a message. My call was returned on November 7 around 3:00 PM. I went over the issues with the representative (needed my 2 year service and an alignment). I made an appointment for 11/12 at 9:00 AM. I arrived on time, the rep that I spoke with did not seem to have any documentation on the services required so I went over them again. They did provide a loaner car pursuant to the car purchase agreement. The rep explained that the alignment would be $599. Pretty high in my view but most things for this car are high. They indicated they would call me when the repairs were complete. I did not hear anything from them that day. The next day I got a call from the rep about 10:00 AM. He told me he was at the Porsche dealer and not with the car (not sure why he told me this but...) He said the car needed 2 new tires on the front. The alignment had only been out for a week, so I was a little surprised as the car only has 16k miles on it. He told me they only typically last 15-20k miles. Surprising since they come with a 60k mileage rating. I did not have them replaced. I did not hear back from them until about 3:00 PM 11/14 indicating the car was ready. The bill for the 2 year service and the alignment was more than $2500. $1800 for the 2 year service and $600 for the alignment, plus taxes etc. My 1 year service was $500 I was under the impression that the 2 year service was going to be $1000 (because that was what I was told after the first service). I contacted the rep regarding the price difference and he informed me that nothing they do from a service perspective is less than $750 blahblahblah. So, the dealer I originally purchased from changed ownership. To be fair, I should have asked them the price so shame on me. Although there is a long list of "services" they include for the nearly $2k. I get that it is a high end car but nothing in what they did justifies the price. The organizations responsiveness, scheduling, timeliness were all below par. The only thing above average was the price. I was back and forth between 1 and 2 stars. The people were pleasant so I made it 2. No reason to use this company if you can avoid it.

This place is shitty, real shitty. An understaffed sleazy group of salesmen that were 0 help. I'm 22 years old and I felt like I was guiding a really stupid 12 year old throughout the car buying process. Go buy a car in Antartica before you buy it from these dickheads. Save yourself the pain and extra money you're going to have to spend.
