Revised: I bought a Levante on July 16. It went back into the shop a week later and it is still there. They wouldn't take the car back. I'm on my 3rd or 4th loaner. Apparently they are waiting for one gasket.

Purchased a 2023 Maserati Levante on 08/02/23. Brand new for an amazing discounted price $88,000 out the door! I was told i was given an AMAZING discount from MSRP of over 100k. After a week I was disappointed with the car its self not preforming like I thought it would and the lack of specs. Went shopping around and found some other options that met my need but was shocked when every dealer offered me trade value on the Levante for as low as $57,000-$66,000 I thought this had to be a mistake since i was given SUCH a GREAT deal (at least from what the dealer told me). I had a work trip for a couple weeks but when i came back i drove down to Maserati to see what they would offer me back for the car after having it for 5 weeks. I knew I wasn't going to get my full amount back but i was hoping they'd at least switch me into another vehicle for the same value since i purchased it there and had owned it for so little time. NOPE i was offered $65,000 for essentially borrowing it for 5 weeks. More than a $20,000 loss in 5 weeks. I was told that was the "Market" right now. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy the car. Performance is like driving a Prius and the tech is about 10 years behind. All you're buying is a depreciating brand

So, was brought to my attention today that last month (June 2023), this dealership/accounting department, illegally cashed a check that was issued by my insurance company that was made out to me and them by mistake. Not only were they not to be issued a check, because it was for a job the dealership was NOT and did NOT perform, but the fact my name was also on the check, required my signature to endorse. Hmm, I was never notified or gave consent. I just happened to find out today because the correct business never received the check brought it up and the insurance company researched the check and saw this dealership CASHED IT!!!! Oh and here's another kicker, I took my car (Maserati) here months ago for a repair, picked it up, was losing power, they couldn't figure out why, mind you I don't live in Austin, so I was advised from locals in my town to bite the bullet and get it to the Dallas location, they immediately figured out the issue! The part Maserati put in there was put on WRONG! And you guessed it- they did not compensate me for me getting the repair done over which was in risky taken to them to begin with, nor time missed off work going all the way to Dallas to get the ---car fixed! Called corporate and the service department Mgr, no empathy! But I'm sure if I was a rich, white, tycoon, I'd gotten a different outcome! This place is disgusting. Oh yeah, and last but not least, there was a roll left under the hood of my car after a repair. Talk about incompetent service department. Shame on you! And I am a active duty military member who works pretty darn hard for my money. To serve a country for people who thinks this behavior is ok is below disrespectful!!!! There needs to be a negative zero for stars here!!! In

I purchased 2 Maserati from Maserati of Austin in 2021. for which I totally regret. They have the worst service department I have been to. I have owner a few luxury cars in the past, Ferrari, and over 11 BMW's. Maserate annual maintenance service on my car was a night mare. My wife will not take her car in for she is not happy with the care of service and concerns they did on my car. Not so funny today, neither my Maserati will start nor my wife's. I called the dealership to let them know my car will not start. Alex, at the service department answers with mumbling words for which I ask him to repeat.I told him all my lights were blinking all over inside and outside the car and the car will not start. What might be the problem. Alex, answer is I do not know. Internet search shows battery issues, wow Alex great help. Now, I will have to have both cars towed to dealership I hate because of poor service.k

There’s an Alfa of Plano dealership that’s less than 2 miles from my house (with the same Stelvio) - I flew to Austin to get my car from Alfa of Austin because of Yaro and the excellent customer he provided from the first email.
