This has to be the worst place to work as an LMT in Austin or better yet for a company.Fire and hire at any cost. Work with indeed and bug you 24/7Completely ruiened this location when bullies from Dallas sold under the table, pay super lowwwww 27$ hr as an LMT lolIt’s a clown show. Nobody is happy and best to stay away.Pay $10 extra and find happier therapist 2 miles up the road.

Don’t do it! Having a membership didn’t help with stress to my life, it added stress to my life!If you’re looking for stress relief and good customer service, this is not the location to go to. The circle c location also falls short in these areas. It truly is worth paying extra for an independent massage therapist…

Do not go here. Very poor customer service. They do not offer any compensation for their cancellation and mistake. Also, the owner/manager did not at all seem genuinely apologetic. How disappointing.

Overpriced. Def quiet and peaceful, but you lose time at the beginning and end of every massage on top of the price. I’ve gotten a better massage at the nail salon in Barton Creek Mall. I had my car stall on the way there, they still want to charge me 50% of a 90 minute massage. Which, their protocols for the therapist there, waste so much massage time on top of the lost time at the beginning and end. So unless you come to lay around while someone folds and unfolds sheets…

Don't get a Massage Envy membership. I've had one for years and used to like it, but it's near impossible to get an appointment here or any other location recently. They have ZERO appointments available for weeks at a time. I'm trying to use my credits that accumulated during covid--when I kept paying because I didn't want establishments like this to go under--but it has been next to impossible to get appointments. So frustrating.

got a membership here for a specific masseuse. Called five times over three days, no one answered the phone. Finally called a sixth time and left a message on their voicemail to just please book me the first available. Never got a call back. Called again 2-3 weeks later, someone finally answers the phone, tells me that person isn't working there. Hasn't been there for a while. In the meantime, they charge me for another month. One star for never calling me back and responding to my voicemail, which would have saved me a month of dues.

My facialist was very nice, but I did not like the service she provided. I was only given a ten minute facial massage with very little pressure, and she did not ask if I wanted a head, shoulder/arm, nor foot massage.

Constantly cancelling appointments - often 30 minutes before the appointment. Extremely pricey. No longer have 2 hour massages or even weekends available. Have very few technicians who all decide their own schedules. They run the show - not the company. As a result, there is no consistency in their actually showing up for your appointment with them. Everyone I know has cancelled their contracts with ME. Used to be a good company. No longer the case. I just read through all the other reviews over the past 2 years. Not one was higher than 2 stars. Interesting. You'd think Corporate would realize there's a serious problem with their company and take action quickly. Looks like many here have cancelled their contracts.

Four years later this draft review still deserves to be posted. Beware if this is not your home spa as they will use a "bait and switch" tactic when you try to use your monthly credits. Massage Envy lost a 9+ year member because of an undisclosed "market transfer fee" that I was told I had to pay AFTER services had been provided. This was after my 7th visit to this store. I'd been using my credits at Austin stores for 8 years and this was the first time (2018) that I'd been told that I will have to pay a surcharge of $10 per hour credit to use my monthly membership. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told there was no manager on-site and they couldn't tell me how or when I could get in touch with one. Clearly, management and the franchise owner is pathetically hiding behind helpless, hourly employees, when enforcing ridiculous policies. I followed through with my words and canceled my membership. 4 years later I don't miss Massage Envy and neither will you.

Booked here specifically for a back facial because when I googled that particular service Massage Envy was the first thing that popped up. It is worth noting that when I put in that service, other locations that I selected were not available, as it stated that they did not offer it. Also, at no point after booking my appointment online did anyone try to contact me to say that they didn't offer this service. When I went to the location, only then did the front desk worker inform me that no massage envy location in Texas offers back facials. I should have walked out then, but I decided to go ahead and get a regular facial with my booked time since I had some congestion on my face as well. The esthetician barely did any extractions and it was a waste of time and money.

I've been a member for a few months and there have been quite a few times that they don't answer the phone during business hours. Not the best way to run a business. The therapists have all been great, however. They all seem to be knowledgeable, confident and caring with great skills. Thank you.

I tried three times to book a massage at this location and each time on the day of the scheduled massage they called to cancel my appointment. I’m not sure if this is a reliable staffing issue or what, but left me very disappointed and I will not be booking at this location in the future.
