Saw a new therapist last week. Matt provided a really wonderful deep tissue massage. Will be back for sure! Also, the gentleman at the front desk was attentive. Chill vibe yet still friendly. The ambiance at this location was better than some other Massage Envy's that I frequent. Low light, smelled good and was an all around calm environment. Sounds like they have more therapists too.

The quality of massages are inconsistent. Sometimes, you get an incredible massage and other times, you get a sub-par massage at best. Perhaps they should provide professional development to ensure quality across the board.
Love the front desk staff at this location though; super sweet and accommodating. The manager is also very helpful. I also find the facials to be of high quality.

I visited this location for the first time while traveling through Austin. I had a massage with Juan and was hesitant at first because I normally like deep pressure massages. Not only was the massage one of the best I had, Juan seemed to know all the trouble spots o had without even knowing of myself. I felt so much better when I walked out. I wish he works at my local ME location. Highly recommend Juan.

LaCourtney gave me what felt like a 90 min facial in 60 mins. So efficient- worth calling out. She’ll ask about preferred pressure but I prefer a firmer touch so great for me. She was amazing - 5 star resort quality. Her unique style of applying massage not only eliminated my headache and neck pain but made my skin look amazing.

Get a deep tissue massage from Nick, this man will grind away the pain in your back with a literal rock. I couldn't see what he was doing, but when I walked out - I felt a decade younger.

Front desk lady was wonderful and my massage therapist Nancy was so sweet, kind, and amazing. They both listened to my problems and stressors with care and empathy. The massage itself was perfect and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Thank you so much ladies! I’ll see you again soon!

This company is teeeeerrible! And it’s not the fault of the employees. This is pure business practice. Mmk, maybe some employees as well. I was determined to cancel my membership but not loose my credits; but they have such limited availability that you can’t get in often enough to use your credits. I booked several services, including facials, just to use up accumulated credits, and the employee was either a no show for the day or running over an hour late. Don’t join this messed up racket company. Do not do it!!!! Also, don’t ever give anyone a gift card here. As that’s how this all started for me. I was given a gift card for my bday. Scheduled a massage. I check out expecting to leave a tip, I was told that I either owed $40 or I could sign up for a membership. And they already have your CC info as they take it down for cancellation. Run far far away. Not sure how this place stays in business other than getting enough people in the exact same predicament as myself. I would be out $800 at this point if I canceled

Juan is on of the best masseuse in the Austin area. Having both cancer and Parkinson's, he is a huge positive in my health care. I would recommend Juan (at the Massage Envy/Arbor Walk) to anyone! He is attentive, helpful and always in a good mood!

If you're just looking to pay for and receive a massage, they're fine. Nothing special.Whatever you do, DON'T let them talk you into a membership/subscription. They'll gladly take your money. What they won't do is willingly stop taking it. Ever.Everything they can do to make it hard to cancel, they do. Every dirty trick in the book. Want to put your membership on hold? That'll be $20/month.They use the same sort of tactics that have resulted in class-action lawsuits against unscrupulous health clubs, but they've learned how to avoid being sued: they make you sign away the right to sue them upfront.I'd rather go to a mafia-owned establishment that to ever give these guys my money again.

If you're just looking to pay for and receive a single massage, they're fine. Nothing special. Whatever you do, don't let them talk you into a subscription. They make it as difficult as possible to put your membership on hold, and as difficult as possible to actually cancel. Their tactics are the same sort that results in class-action lawsuits against unscrupulous fitness clubs, but unfortunately these guys have learned the lesson -- they make you sign away your right to sue. I'd rather go to a mafia-owned establishment than to give these people my business again.

The guy at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. I came in with a lot of questions and appointment requests and they accommodate me to their tight schedule. I got my first facial here with GRACE. Phenomenal job! This whole team makes me want to renew my policy ! Great job guys ñ.
