This place is terrible. I never leave bad reviews, but this felt warranted. I've been here two years in a row, and both times I walked away feeling weird about the entire experience. I have never paid as much as I have for a simple eye exam & I've have good insurance. Both years came with weird charges and their team gave a lot of pushback on providing an itemized receipt. I had their first appointment of the day, and somehow, I waited almost 30 minutes to be seen because everyone was running late. When you question them nicely on the charges in your bill, they get super defensive and unhelpful. I would not bother with this place.

Service is great. Mike is awesome and very helpful. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of selection. Not many selections for my big head most of the glasses were too small for my face frame. I had trouble finding something I really liked. Service was great but it would be better if they had more selections it would’ve been better. I was able to find one pair of glasses I sorta liked and got it because I didn’t have much to choose from. I was also hoping they would carry Pair Eyewear glasses but they didn’t.

The staff was amazing!! Took the time to go offer my insurance with me and they were so kind and patient. The Dr did not rush me. This was the first eye doctor that I didn't have to ask them to slow down.

Worst experience I've ever had. Told me they were on my insurance (United Healthcare) when I made appointment. Waited an hour after scheduled appointment before anyone spoke to me. Finally took me back for exam, and halfway through the exam told me me they were not in network.

I rarely write a review but I felt like excellent service needs to be highlighted and not just a bad experience. I haven't taken care of my health in a long time and it's kind of nerve racking going into any medical appointment. I was greeted with smiles when I came in, offered a cup of coffee while I waited and had a very enjoyable and relaxed conversation with the tech named Aldo. He helped out until the doctor was available and was very relatable. He made me feel like we were friends and not at a doctors appointment. I needed that today. I haven't experienced that in a medical appointment before. The optometrist was clear and honest with me and I was in and out with a prescription within 45 minutes. I will be back whenever I need another check. Thanks for great service. I'll be picking out new frames next door. You made my life easy today.
