I asked for a quote to fix my car. The lady who helped me in the office was being very friendly when another person (man) came out, a little arrogant, saying that he was taking care of me. I explained my damages to him and I told him that I wouldn't pay for it, the insurance would pay for it myself. with my money. This arrogant person tried to call me a liar and told me a whole story about previous clients that I really didn't care about. Brother, if you see my comment, I just wanted a quote. Don't worry about money, there is no insurance that pays but I can pay.

16yr old had a fender bender with damage to the front passenger side and we took the car to Master Repairs Body Shop. Professional, courteous, responsive, skilled, and magical are some of the adjectives that come to mind. They answered questions and provided updates when asked. While I hope we never need their service again, we now know where we’ll go if we do (and where I’ll recommend people take their vehicles)!!

This is your go to body repair shop. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They took my vehicle Audi Q7 in Monday and it was out on Friday. Excellent work, prompt follow ups and clear on the insurance process. Thanks Ally and Miguel

If I could give a Zero star, I would. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate after being hit by someone without insurance. I was assured it would be no problem, and took time off of work to go to the shop. Cynthia wouldn’t even give me an estimate. She virtually said I was wasting her and my time if I wasn’t willing to pay for it. As I tried to explain to her, I needed an estimate so that the person that hit me could pay for it. The person that hit me had intended to come up and put a down payment on the repairs. However, Cynthia was rude and dismissive, essentially suggesting I take my business elsewhere, so I did. This was a very unprofessional and distasteful experience. Instead of giving estimates, Cynthia should be taking lessons in customer service.

Needed some work done quickly and cheaply, and Miguel and his crew came through. They were helpful and transparent during the entire process. I would definitely use them again if I needed more work done.

Cynthia was amazing she made sure that I was taken care of a coordinates efficiently. This is my second time coming to master repairs and they always deliver in quality and customer service if you ever need a job done god forbid please check them out they are amazing people and their work is outstanding will leave your car looking like new or better.

Miguel and Ally took my very, very beat-up Mazda after two separate hail storms and made it look like new—I'm honestly amazed. And even when at pickup we discovered one last dent that had slipped through the cracks, Miguel apologized and immediately went to work addressing it. While I would never encourage anyone to get caught up in a hail storm, if you do Master Repairs Body shop is for you.

Miguel, Cynthia and everyone at Master Repairs did an excellent job on my F250. They went above and beyond when it came to finding original parts for my truck and communicating with me every step of the way. You are treated with dignity, respect and like you are part of their family. The work quality is excellent, and they are transparent with their pricing. I highly recommend Master Repairs.

Cynthia was amazing and let me know what was happening every step of the way, and you can tell they actually care about getting your car out quickly. She also dealt with slimy insurance agents with grace.
