I enjoyed coming here. The prices were awesome. It's Black Friday time and the prices are better. You can get a good deal now. Check them out. I'm back. I've slept on my bed for a few days and loving it. I get much better sleep. I'm usually up between 2 -2:30 a.m. but now I can get up after 8 a.m. They have all kinds and great deals. Thank you Mr. Michael and Mattress Firm. Keep up the good work. ❤️

Had a great experience buying a mattress here yesterday. Michael was very knowledgeable and patient while we tried almost every mattress in the store. He helped us pick out the perfect one within our budget. I hope I don’t need another mattress anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be back!

Micheal was amazing we went in on Friday to look for a great deal on a matress we've been looking at for over a year thru other companies , 2 days later micheal found us one over half off on the matress that I thought we'd never get for that price , in store he also showed us many options and took his time to go to the back and pull some out until we were satisfied . Thanks micheal for finding us an amazing deal !!!

Mattress Firm is unironically one of my favorite stores in the US. I walked in to buy a mattress and I left with a free base, a noticeable discount and joy in my heart!!! Thank you so much Michael for such a clear and patient explanation of all possible options. He really made sure I walked away pleased with my choice. I am. 10/10.

The manager was super helpful. The other person there said he was only there for heavy lifting and then told me some false information. Not sure if it's mattress firms policy to tell people to call the leasing people right away, but when I called they said they can't do anything until they get information from mattress firm.

There is a wide variety of mattresses for an array of budgets and the team will try to help accommodate you with the best fit in the price range you are working with. I cannot highlight how kind and friendly they are! They were extremely clear with all of the information they provided.

We started shopping for a mattress a few months ago and found one we liked based on the Julio's recommendations, but it wasn't quite within our budget at the time. We worked with Julio over the next couple months to see if we could snag one of the warehouse sales, and he was super consistent and communicative. We kept in contact and he would call us when there was a possibility we could get a deal that fit our needs. Last week he called us and were able to get our dream mattress for a price we could afford! We ordered on a Friday evening, and on Tuesday the mattress was delivered within the time window. Delivery folks were quick and professional. We will definitely return when we need a guest room mattress and recommend our friends to shop here! Julio really helped us out and was extremely conscious of our budget and needs. Thank you!

Orlando was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything from information about the mattresses to having my mattress delivered was explained to me thoroughly. I just moved to Austin and went in there not knowing if I would find a good mattress, but I walked out very happy and confident that I made a good purchase ??

Micheal was a great help as soon as I entered the store. He was insightful and able to pull up old records on a previous purchase and used that informant to get any idea of what I was looking for. He made the process a breeze and couldn't be more excited to receive my purchase!

Went to purchase 2nd mattress from here and this time it was a completely different experience. The salesman Orlando asked my wife and I questions about how we sleep and found us the perfect mattress. The first time the salesman just wanted to make a sale and that was it. Orlando was a very big help and also advised me that the most expensive isn't always the best. He knows his stuff for sure.

???? The Sleep Experts here at MattressFirm are truly Miracle Workers. I walked into MattressesFirm at Capital Plaza today to get my Pregnant wife a new pillow and myself one as well. I have always been a Fan of the TEMPUR-pillows, So Orlando was quick to get my wife started testing pillows. Luckily he treated her right and immediately noticed she was pregnant and knew of her special needs, so he put her in Zero G on an adjustable bed. This elevated position immediately stopped her lower back pain and swelling in her feet. We had bought her elevated feet pillows that hadn’t helped at all on Amazon and wasted over $150, but this adjustable bed did the trick in minutes. I am happy that the sleep experts at Mattress Firm are professionally trained to know the needs of all of their customers, even if we are not thinking about those needs ourselves. We came in knowing that we needed better pillow support, which Orlando addressed that to his finest, yet we thought all of our needs had been addressed. Orlando was great to notice the needs of my pregnant wife, addressing them by placing her on a adjustable bed, and got us a great deal on an adjustable bed platform that would work with our bed we had bought from Mattress Firm the year before. Now my wife is sleeping sound and energized every morning she wakes up refreshed and ready to conquer the Day. This is rare for someone pregnant with twins. She has no more lower back problems throughout the day. When she does start feeling any discomfort, she immediately goes to the bed, hits Zero G, and the discomfort is immediately released. The best part is the swelling in her feet is virtually non existent now and she is so much happier. She is able to be more active throughout the day with little to no problems. Orlando, you are truly a sleep expert. You have worked miracles in my life. Happy Wife, happy Life. Finally, my life is actually stress free as well. You are truly a miracle worker. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
