Called the parts department to get an extra key for my Transit ordered and cut. Told them explicitly that I didn't need a transponder key, since like most other Transits, there is no PATS.
The rude parts rep insisted that I needed a transponder key, wanting like $350. Instead I ordered a $5 key from China, had it cut, and it turns on my car just fine.
Had my service tech friend look up my vin and sure enough, clear as day - I had no anti theft options on my van in Ford's system.
Not sure if the parts people are maliciously trying to upsell people for parts they don't need by lying, or are just ignorant and lazy. Not sure which is worse for a dealership!

I couldn't possibly recommend this business less because they have the absolute WORST television advertisements I've ever experienced. Please stop abrasively trying to sell products to human beings in this manner - it's obnoxiously intrusive. Get a new marketing company. Also - there's a reason this cocky dealership only has 2 stars.

I normally don't believe the bad reviews left by others on here but this truly is a dealership where you will be sent a packing if your not willing to take thousands less than your trade is worth and pay more than the price they have advertised online on carfax for a used car.

I bought my used Mach E from here, they had the car at the dealership but didn't have the charger but assured me the previous owner had it and I could get it in a week or so. Not only did it take closer to 3 weeks for me to get the charger but the charger is missing the main plug! I communicated this and they wouldn't return my calls or anything. So I emailed them with my complaint and got a call within 5 min. When I finally heard back they said they would check with the original owner or I'd have to buy the piece myself. Very shady, if I had known the piece was missing I wouldn't have bought the car. They have the worst communication and are very shady.

NO STARS! We have a late model Ford Explorer with 2 recall notices. We made sure the parts were available and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning, only to find out that an appointment doesn't mean they are going to do the work that day. We fully intended to give them at least 3 days to get it done as we had a spare vehicle for the week. In fact, when the car had been there 3 days with no word, we called to check and found out it hadn't even been looked at. AND, it would probably not be done until the following week. Their excuse: we've had a lot of work come in. Here's my problem with that: there was no need for any diagnostic work. What's the point of the appointment? The problem was identified and verified a week before the scheduled appointment. We've purchased at least 4 cars from Maxwell and have a desire to get one of the new Broncos. You can rest assured it won't be from Maxwell.

Every experience has been terrible here. Awful communication. Gouging repair/sale/trade-in prices. Not accommodating in any form to their customers. Always reactive VS proactive. I would run far from this dealership.
