I bought a Ford Bronco over the weekend from Hector Olvera. I am so happy and in love with my car. Hector was straight forward and pleasant. I felt extremely comfortable with him. He was patient, personable and friendly and made the entire experience pleasant. Also I want to add the financing portion of the purchase was also a breeze. We wanted to get early in the morning to avoid long waiting. We did not make it in until the afternoon and the staff was still efficient and thorough. The entire team was great! highly recommend. Incredible experience! Nick was extremely patient with us as we went in with a lot of questions and were unsure the specific Explorer we wanted to purchase. He pulled many different options for us along with test drove multiple models. He even stayed well after an hour after closing to make sure we got the best deal and were happy with our purchase. Can't say enough good things about him along with Kendall in finance who also stayed late and showed us patient throughout the whole process. Thank you again for making this such a great and stress free experience <3
