Extremely cute place to spend an afternoon. Small koi ponds and beautiful lily pads (you can spot tiny frogs on them sometimes). The peacocks are stunning if you manage to catch them, and the the trails lead to some nice river views.

I loved going there to see those beautiful koi fish. I heard the "friends of Mayfield park" all took them home with them.

Its October and the peacocks are breeding. Saw a lot of baby peacocks roaming around. However, the garden was totally dead. Fall bloom hasn’t started yet.

Went in October, probably much better in spring. Nice trails and the peacocks were fun to watch. Garden was very underwhelming.

We loved this quiet little park. It was a perfect place to find calm away from the hustle of Austin. It'd be the perfect place for an intimate picnic too!
