By far the worst store I have ever been to in my life. I dropped of an item to get fixed and it was forgotten about for a month, then shipped and now still have no confirmation on its return. I am sitting here waiting will being pushed around and given no information. The fact that I had to write a review says enough. I have never written a review in my life which shows how awful this place is and it’s hilarious. The owner John McBride would raise his voice on the phone and treat you like you don’t know what you are talking about and hangs up on you whenever he’s “bored of the conversion”. Micheal is the only individual who is caring to help with the situation because the owner himself could care less about this situation. I will never step foot into this store again and advise everyone to stay away. It amazes me how some owners treat customers.

Called to ask if a certain firearm was in stock that I saw on their website, before I could even ask my question I was hung up on by a female. Called again & she immediately asked who I was calling to speak to like I was a scam call or something. Missed a sale, I'll take my money elsewhere :)

Honestly pretty great experience both purchases. Ran out to get food while background check was being ran and they called me to let me know to come get it. Sales reps are very nice. Make sure you go in on a weekday. Only bad thing is it’s expensive.

Lousy service . Needed some grips for a discontinued pistol I had serviced by their gunsmith. Tried several didn’t fit. Possibly some others that might have but the young man I had the displeasure of “helping” me wasn’t interested. Acted like he was put out and it was a pita. No other custom in the store but he was done. Me too.

Went a few weeks ago and forgot to leave a review , the gun selection is alright , if your a hunter then this place could be for you , lots of shotguns , not many rifles in my opinion, service is terrible , they asked me my age and I told them and then they said I can't purchase a rifle cause I'm not 21 , there store policy one of the workers said. People there were rude too just cause I was under 21 , I even showed them I had plenty of money to buy a rifle. Wouldn't recommend coming here. Lastly , you have to be 18 to get a rifle not 21. Loved the atmosphere. Bought a micro compact, asked questions, questions were answered. Said I'd like to purchase the firearm and bam, firearm was mine. What more can you ask for?

As some of the other people have mentioned you might be in for a wait if you come here but that's because they're always busy as hell. Great selection of firearms, not so great on accessories. Everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful. Several times I've been here I've seen the same old timer customers and I'm pretty sure they're just popping in the chew the fat or browse. Kind of gives it an old school neighborhood barbershop feel. Very fair pricing from what I've seen.

On my first visit Keith was outstanding walking me through different shotguns for my daughter and Chris patiently helped her find the perfect Beretta for her first gun. I was highly impressed with the staff and prices. I will absolutely buy there again next time I am in town.
