DONT COME HERE !!! Horrible service , I had came here around 2 weeks ago around 12 … and I had order by the app … once I got there I went to the drive tru and they told me the store was close …. Why are you close at 12 in the afternoon ? I know it wasn’t short staff because when I went around there were allot of employees…. So I had to wait for them to cancel my order. Now today i came for breakfast , i had order in my mobile app around 10:20 , which breakfast ends at 10:30 … but i know that the order doesn’t go through until you are close to the location , which i got there around 10:25 … there was a line , once i got to the drive tru … it was 10:28 … and no one came on the speaker … few seconds later he told me to wait … which i did …. now he didn’t come back until 10:32 … and asked me how he could help me … which i had told him i had a mobile order … told me he coulnt give me my order because they stopped doing breakfast early . I was there before 10:30 my order went trough before 10:30 . He told me i had to cancel my order … which i asked why because it wasent my fault … he came back with the manager , which she was rude , she told me there was nothing she could do from her end , which i explained to her i was here before 10:30 … and it wasent my issue that they toke their sweet time in the speaker . she gave me a dirty look , and just said she coulnt do anything because tjeh stopped erving breafast before 10:30 . McDonald’s stops serving breakfast at 10:30 why are they stopping before ?

Changed the menu from breakfast to lunch as I was ordering… then said I couldn’t get breakfast. Like seriously? Bad customer service.

Stopped to go inside for kids to eat pancakes at 6:56 am. Doors open at 7 am. Never unlocked the door despite employees walking by and seeing us waiting. Line of cars in the drive through was flying by so I know they were staffed good enough for that. Left at 7:05. Bill Millers pancakes are better anyway.

Ordered 3 shamrock McFlurrys from Drive Thru. Service was very slow. Asked for McFlurrys to be in a tray since I couldn't hold them and drive. 3 individual McFlurry's were handed to me, I asked for a holder and got a funny look then a manager walked over with one. Gave the girl a $20 bill....she gave me a $5 and said I owe you .74 but I don't have any change! Why didn't she have a manager get her change?- We were shorted almost a dollar! Are employees feeding customers a line about no change and keeping it for themselves?Jump ahead 5 min and I am giving my family their treats- the green syrup and oreo crumbs were sitting on top of the ice cream, it had not been mixed in. My parents were McDonalds owner operators- there is no way they would have permitted food not properly prepared to be given to a customer or for a customer to be knowingly shortchanged!

Super unpleasant, we just went through an Uber order and from the window we could see the bag and they told us that that was garbage that they had already closed

My complaint is with the app connecting to the store. If the app kicks you out and you can't confirm it, I guess that means the people inside have to throw away your order. So many times I have tried to pick up my online order from the app and the people inside simply say it's not here. And I don't ever get my money refunded back.

So I went to order my food and was put on hold for about 10 min in line. Left the line came back and ordered again still a hold finally got to the window and the server was on her phone with no acknowledgement whatsoever. And the food was Luke warm never again at this Mickey D'
