Amazing selection. My sister and I are snobs but were pleasantly surprised at the selections. We had to look around a while but found a leather power recliner sofa and loveseat for a great price. Salesman not high pressure. Very helpful. Delivered in the time frame they estimated. Friendly, efficient setup. Would do business with them again.

We changed our furniture set and they still tried to deliver the old one. When I called the store they blamed it on the warehouse, my husband took the whole day off because they promised it was coming later that day. Then they promised the next day, well I had to have my mom go to my house and wait for them and still nothing all day. They finally showed up at 7pm, they were in such hurry that they broke one of my planters outside and stripped all of the screws to the bed. We asked for a replacement but still as of right now our bed screws are loose and we can't even tighten them.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE. It all started with the price on the couch. It was posted online for a certain price and when we came inside to buy it, they tried marking it up $500, saying it's the online price only and their guys don't make money off that. We talked to 3-4 different people and were able to get them down to the correct price. We purchased it and they held it for 3 months so we could finish the build of our house. On the morning it was supposed to be delivered, I got a phone call saying that I was the 9th stop, we waited all day, only to find out at 2-3 pm that it wasn't on truck for deliver that day it was for the next day. Sony, who works at the front desk, was very rude and condescending. Told me I had no idea what I was talking about and I just needed to wait another day for my delivery. We finally got our delivery almost a full 24 hours later and the delivery guys damaged the frame of the couch. We have called into the store many times and asked to speak to the manager, Joe , but he is always helping another customer, at lunch or just not available so "we can have him call you back".....he never does. We are still waiting to see what they do about the damaged part of the couch and how they rectify this whole situation. We have wasted a whole day of our time, efforts and money on this and they have offered us $30 store credit. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS STORE!

Came in and bought a bunch of furniture at such a great price. Miryam was such a sweetheart and guided us through the whole process, she was calm and very helpful in helping us decide what furniture to take.

Had an amazing experience from the time we walked through the door with salesperson Miryam. She helped us right away. We walked the whole store and she gave us the proper space and help. She wasn't pushy and she got us a great deal! Definitely recommend. We were very skeptical with the previous reviews, but we went anyway and it was GREAT! Thank you all so much Miryam, Joe(manager) and Charlie! Miryam, you were absolutely outstanding. Your smile was the reason we felt comfortable and welcomed!

Miriam was truly so amazing. I literally could not have done it without her. I went from Roomstogo to IKEA, to Ashley furniture etc… thinking that I would be forced to just get something expensive with decent quality. Miriam made it so that I would leave with a whole bedroom set and wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor in my new apartment! She made me feel so comfortable, almost like family. I will never go anywhere else you cannot beat these prices and this hospitality PLUS amazing quality furniture and quick shipping and assembly. I love you Miriam!!! :)

A great selection of couches and loveseats. Charlie was a great help to us with price points and information about the products. As a good salesman he authorized a discount on the sale price as well!! We ended up selecting a set that was on sale and were able to get it within two days! They charge less than other stores for delivery and set up

My boyfriend and I came to Mega Furniture because of an ad and Miryan helped us with all of our questions. She was so nice and gave us our space to think things over while still letting us know about other deals. We bought a nice couch for a great deal and the experience overall was great!

These guys are Worst.Never buy from these guys..We are waiting more than 4 months for replacement for the item that was broken on day one..Update:My issue was resolved two days ago..They offered me replacement for which I am satisfied..Service manager personally called and explained problem and apologized for the inconvenience..I am updating my review..

These guys have very bad customer service .. Please don’t waste your money and time .Its been 4 months since our purchase and sofa recliner is broken within first 24 hours after delivery..They are not ready to fix this..They are keep on giving us lame excuse telling that they are waiting to hear from manufacturer all these 4 months..FInal Update:My issue was resolved two days ago and they have given me replacement..The service manager apologized for the delay..I am changing my review from 1 to 3..

I would say to Avoid any MEGA furniture as it’s very very hard to deal and it will be a horrible experience. They don’t refund your money even though it’s their mistake to deliver the right product. They still hold my money and not refunding it and threatening me that they will take 40% of it even though it’s their mistake to deliver the product
