I had such an amazing experience at Melange Bridal! I was a little anxious about finding a dress due to me being on the curvier side but their selection was so diverse I had no issues whatsoever. For my initial appointment I worked with Sorai who was so patient and kind and really made the dress experience wonderful! We chose the VIP experience and my guests all raved about how beautiful and clean the shop is. I found my perfect dress and ended up canceling 2 appointments I had the following week at other salons because it was just so perfect. My dress arrived in about 5 months and I had my try on appointment with Chloe the next week. Chloe was a life saver! She not only assisted in the try on but also ideas on styling my dress which I hadn’t considered thus far. She has such a great eye and guided me in the right direction, making me feel confident and prepared for my next steps. Thanks ladies of Melange I appreciate you all!

Sarai was my bridal consultant and she was so incredibly kind and patient. I visited about 9 different bridal stores with Melange being my last shop and Sarai’s expertise led me to find the perfect dress and finally say “yes to the dress!”
Sarai answered all our questions with confidence and took the time to not only listen to my likes/dislikes, but was in frequent contact with the designer rep about customization possibilities, pricing, etc. Sarai and the Melange Bridal team made this such a wonderful, intimate experience and I highly recommend them for all of your bridal needs.

My experience with Melange was wonderful! My stylist was conscious of not only what dresses I liked but of what aspects that I liked of them so she was able to help me look through their selection and find other choices as well. I would definitely recommend!

I purchased my dress in February 24 for a wedding in November 2024. I scheduled a VIP experience with some of my special friends. Melange Bridal made sure everyone was comfortable and had an enjoyable time. I am currently awaiting the final alterations with Sonja. Sonja has many years experience in the bridal alterations. I will continue to share my experience and recommend Melange Bridal to all brides.

I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Chloe. She was so nice, understanding and listened to what I did and did not want. She was even prepared and had dresses pulled for me before I arrived. I ended up going with another dress from another shop, but very much enjoyed my experience here.

Shopping at Melange was a wonderful experience and I am so happy with my dress! As someone who is on the cusp of plus size I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find something, but I was able to buy something under budget, off the rack as part of their inventory sale. I worked with Sarai and she was fantastic! I definitely recommend stopping by here if you are wedding dress shopping in Austin.

I had such a great experience at Melange Bridal! Chloe was so helpful, very knowledgeable about all of the dresses, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. They made wedding dress shopping such an enjoyable and stress free experience.

Very disappointed. I called last week to Schedule an appointment for August 10. I even gave my card information to the employee over the phone to pay for the appointment since they have a $25 fee. When I got to the bridal place for my appointment they told me there was no appointment. My sister came out of town for this so this is very unprofessional. They couldn’t accommodate an appointment for me and didn’t even offer to reschedule. I was gaslighted into thinking I didn’t make the appointment lol!! I have a planner with all my appointments listed and that was the only place I booked that actually had a fee so I know it was this bridal shop.

This was my second appointment I had scheduled for dress shopping. My first appointment was great but just didn’t have the “this is the dress feeling”. Immediately when I walked in and started browsing the incredible selection I knew I would find my dress here. My consultant was Chloe. She was amazing and so good at what she does! She was so friendly and helpful in the fitting room too as dresses from different designers run different in sizing and can be overwhelming looking at a size number. I found a dress I loved, we accessorized and I knew without a doubt and said yes to the dress! We were given a glass of champagne for a cheers and took the pictures we wanted to celebrate. Great experience!
