I was looking at sandals and my son told me he was uncomfortable because we were being watched sure enough I look there’s two ladies watching me by the clothes and the other at the end of the aisle. When I asked for their names they asked me why I told them why then they told me I had to talk to the manager. Waited in line to talk to one Jazmin at the register said she would tell the GM got my info when I asked for their names she said she didn’t know who I was talking about. Best believe they got the right Karen that DISCRIMINATION IS CRAZYY. I usually shop here too but I’m good after today .

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Associate D, who was diligently organizing the store and ensuring that everything was in place. Despite being engrossed in her tasks, she graciously took the time to assist me, showcasing her commitment to exceptional customer service.What struck me most was learning about the store's commitment to inclusive hiring, particularly in providing opportunities for individuals with special abilities. It was heartwarming to witness Associate D's dedication and enthusiasm, and it's a testament to the store's commendable efforts in fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.I would like to extend my heartfelt kudos to D for her commitment to inclusivity and for providing such a welcoming and accommodating shopping experience. I did some school shopping with my daughter. This was our first time there. The store was clean, organized, and pretty clothes. So we grabbed a couple of cute shirts and went to the checkout line. It was my turn. I go up, and I don't get greeted. This GIRL has an attitude like she didn't want to be there. There were 2 other girls at the counter sitting down on boxes talking, not helping or working. I heard their whole conversation that had nothing to do with the store. The girl checking me out didn't even tell me what my total was, so I looked at the credit card pad to see my total. It was $14.05. So I gave her $15, and then I told her I HAVE 5 CENTS. She starts counting change. I dont want 95 cents change, so I told her again I have 5 cents. Then she looks at me, rolls her eyes, and says I'm already giving you change. I said, "Very polite, I don't want all that change. SHE GAVE MORE ATTITUDE !! So I told her. You don't know how to count 95 cents plus 5 cents. Just give me a dollar back. And she gave me the biggest attitude, the biggest eye roll. Making unnecessary noise with the change And she threw the dollar on the counter, and I told her that you are a very rude girl. You shouldn't be working in customer service if you're gonna treat people like this. I was disappointed because my daughter really liked this store but I would never go back again because I've seen a lot of reviews like this at this store. I should have read them before I put myself in that situation. I'm very disappointed. What is wrong with people? I believe in treating people they way you want to be treated. And that's first in customer service. Just fake it and smile. Be happy you have a job because you're better off than a lot of people out here. And you're young too, girl, you got a long way to go. Don't treat people like that.

Love the affordable clothing! Wish they had a wider selection of boys shoes though :( also why every-time I go there must people be thieving. NOT SAFE for the customers.

This is a good store but I have concerns for the safety of the employees. I don’t know why this store doesn’t have its own security. Every time I go in, there always seems to be multiple people stealing like it’s a free for all and the poor employees can’t really do much about it. Especially with the incident of yesterday this store really needs to get things in order!

Absolutely awesome for what it is. Trendy items, great prices, polite staff, and very organized and clean. Just be careful to check how your items are made because some of the super low prices come from lower quality control, one of the things I tried on was sewn together wrong lol. They have a good selection of shoes and housewares too, not just clothing. I read some other reviews and want to add: these are not thrift store prices. They are as cheap as you can get for new items in today’s economy. Full price jeans run $16-$25 tops from $7- $16 dresses $12-$30. Comparable to Walmart, SHEIN, Target, etc.

A clothes store. My sister Donna, and my niece, her daughter used to shop there. Its a chain. They lived near Waco, i was in San Antonio. And for now, ROUND ROCK.

I found this place very organized and clean, I drove for little more than an hour just for a set of clothes, but I bought me instead a beautiful Bluetooth speaker. I had to have it, I'll be back soon and hopefully find a better customer service

I got a response from the owner wondering why I gave a 3 star rating which rarely happens. Because of this I will change the rating to a 4. I never expect a response but always appreciate the response. Now the reason it was a 3 star was the store was not clean. Boxes and trash everywhere . I understand retail and know what it is to do stock and how messy it can be. However this was just trash and junk. And the other reason was I was in the store for a good 45 mins with my sister and not one person asked if I needed help. Or even said hi to me. Again. Because of the response from owner asking why I gave 3 stars had made my edit to 4 stars.

I've used to work at Melrose and this so messy and unorganized on ones guarding the fitting room the males are supposed to go on the back and females fronts a male was in the front next to the female and I wasn't greeted by the greeter and the store kinda smells weird
