Y’all have become so busy, that you don’t really have time for a good customer experience anymore. The whole process of buying the suite for my wedding couldn’t have been much more frustrating than Men’s Wearhouse made it. Will definitely be taking my hard earned money elsewhere for such an expensive purchase in the future.

On our initial trip to the store, my teen had an amazing experience with Reginald from South Park Meadows. He greeted us when we walked in the busy store and assured us that he would be with us shortly. He listened to my husband and my son about Prom options. He told one look at him and provided my son with options that fit him perfectly. Our second trip to the store to swop out a bowtie and he provided the same exemplary service. Thank you for a positive experience!

Nice clothes. HORRIBLE service.Had an awkward interaction here while purchasing new pants. I don't want to be quick to call myself a victim of prejudice, especially since two of the three employees working are of my same race, but it did have that same feeling.I didn't mind that I was not greeted by anyone because I already knew what I wanted to purchase. It was okay that no one acknowledged me with items in my hand as I stood waiting near the dressing room. 1 employee was engaged with a customer and the others were conversing. But I was bothered when after waiting for an employee to not seem occupied, I asked a simple sizing question. The employees response was that I already had the biggest size they carried and I would need to look into custom suits. I assume this was his effort to brush me off because I found multiple larger sizes in both pairs of pants that I was interested in. To which he just gave a smirk when he saw me walking back to the fitting room with the new sizes. I then had to decide between purchasing what I came there for or being prideful and walking out in an annoyed protest. Hopefully yall have a better interaction than me.By the way, I'm 6ft 230. I seriously doubt that Michael Strahan decided his clothing line should stop at my size.

Jessica was extremely professional and helpful. She helped me have my pants tailored within an hour to make sure I had them in time for an important interview. Came out with two suits for under $300 so shout out to MW as well.

I came here today to shop for a suit, but the short sales guy with the glasses seemed disinterested and not helpful. I constantly asked for suggestions but either he hates his job or hates his customers. Regret going to this store. Disappointed!

Idk if I left a review the last time we were here, but Im gonna leave another 5 stars again because the people that work here are AWESOME! My husband and I came in today to get a custom suit. Ms. Jessica and Mr. Kevin went above and beyond to help my husband through the customizing process! They were patient, professional, and was very encouraging and kind to us. Thank you so much for making our visit great! This location makes quality suits, have reasonable prices, and great customer service. God bless y’all! ?

Steven and Kat were very helpful. Took the time to find the right clothes for an outfit I was shooting for and when we had trouble with the pants fitment Steven did all he could to get it done right.

Went in Thursday to buy a suit for a wedding. (Left mine back home).The sales experience was the worst I've ever had!Salesman would not listen to me or my wife and was rude. Seemed he was trying to rush us out.Tried selling me a suit that didn't fit then argued with me that the short sleeves were the style now. Later told me the same thing about pants that were too short.This guy was dressed in a tee shirt that looked like he pulled out of the dirty laundry basket, wearing I'll fitting pants and tennis shoes and was telling me what was stylish. Had I been the manager, I would have sent him home if he came to work dressed that way.My wife wanted me to try other suits but he wouldn't have any of it. Wouldn't even let her pull out some different shirts.He measured my neck at 17 1/2 yet kept giving me 17" shirts. Ended up with 2 shirts that the sleeves are short.As he was walking up to an associate, just before I went into the dressing room, I could tell he was rolling his eyes at her like I was some pain.Had I not been in an emergency situation I would have walked.As we checked out, he apologized and said it had been a busy day.I love the store in Abilene but I would never go to this one again.

We went in shopping for my brothers suit to be buried in. We were trying to describe his size and Steven helped us figure it out. He helped us get something that we knew our brother would have loved. Big thank you to Steven at mens Wearhouse in south park meadows. He truly went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

Christian was GREAT! His female colleague was great as well, above and beyond. They were non-judgmental (I am a queer female). Because of this, I have some anxiety in suit shops because of past expericnes. They were amazing (competent, quick, and friendly.)

I'll start off by saying the manager (longer haired, hispanic male) WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE - I think his name is Steven.My annoyance and irritation is directed at a newly hired male employee that was helping me in the store today. I'm all for working with newer employee's (everyone has to learn and start somewhere), but some advice.... ALWAYS remember that customer service and the experience you provide should be #1.If you don't know how to do something, ASK! That's how you learn. The whole experience was poorly executed and felt rushed because he didn't know what he was doing. Sad to say I probably won't be visiting this location anymore.
