If I could give 0 stars, I would. They say you can return or exchange within 90 days if you're unhappy with their clothes but if you do they try to refuse by saying there's no tag, which their policy doesn't stipulate needing tags, then default to "it looks worn". Work or not worn, how am I supposed to know if I'm unhappy with it without wearing it? Complete idiocy and horrible business.

We order 10 tux’s total for our group and most were incorrectly sized by a lot, adding a good bit of extra stress right before the wedding, not sure why they have you go get fitted and measured if they are going to be off that much. Me the groom had a shirt 2 sizes to wide and a size too short, also had the vest button secured with a safety pen, and the jacket fit terribly. Other groomsman had broken buttons wrong sizes for shirts, pants, jackets, shoes. They also added white gloves to our rentals instead of white pocket squares. They didn’t want to help us make things right and we had to pressure and get the manager involved as the staff where too busy all leaned over a table in the middle of the floor talking about hooking up with each other and partying. They said my jacket couldn’t fit because my shoulders were too big and they didn’t make the waste line smaller, I would have much rather spent a couple hundred extra to get a true custom fit TUX had I known it would fit me like that, I highly recommend they use that as a sales tactic when measuring people and realizing it’s going to fit weird, which I would have understood since my shoulders are so broad, when you’re spending as much money on a wedding a couple hundred extra would have been a drop in the bucket to look good on my wedding day, but when you pick up the tux 6 days before and there is a holiday in between I was stuck with it. The only easy thing was the returning of the TUXs, I will not use Men’s Warehouse again and recommend people don’t, only Two of the ten rentals fit properly out of the bag

I had a super positive experience going here. They have lots of options, are willing to spend time helping you find the right outfit. It’s a bit expensive but it’s dress ware soooo.Eli was a pleasure to work with, and his co-workers who helped make the sale.

If you need any help with picking a suit for any occasion ask for Javier....he helped me get my tux about 3 weeks before the wedding I was the best man in...really takes his time in helping you get fitted and let's you decide what you really want to wear amazing service ...top notch place with him working there

Went in and havier was awesome i totally reccomend working with him. Make sure and ask for him and book an appointment if needed very professional and knowledgeable on getting you fitted.

Let me tell you, after visiting 4 places to find a suit and no one wants to help this days, I walk in to men's Wearhouse hopping somebody anybody will just try to help me, I was greeted by George asking me how can he help me, so I began to tell him my frustrations he said let's start by measuring you so we can find the proper suit for you, after that everything was super smooth he asked me if I had any color,or style preferences, then he went on a search to find me 4 to 5 suits for me to try, that's not all he recommended shirts, pants, shoes to go with my pants even after I told him I was going to buy my shoes somewhere else. His response was I just want you to look sharp for your special occasion. Amazing customer service, amazing talent he has the passion to help everyone. That's the kind of people that make me want yo come back to this store. I am about 40 minutes away from this store and I passed hundreds of store, I will always will come back to this one just because of George

i purchased suit and shirts on 8/23 with total amount of $806. upon checkout i requested a ' suitbag' as is customary in past purchases. i was given clear plastic cover - similar to dry cleaning pickup. upon further request for zippered garment bag , i was curtly told by manager that these were not provided anymore and i could purchase for $40! these garment bags are #2.50 buying from U-line. i will not be returning to south mall store and noted prices are near equivalent at League of Rebels or even Bonobos if you include tailoring costs.'done David'

We didn't have a good experience with Men's Wearhouse. It was fine in the beginning but picking up the suits, all the men's shirts were way too big even though they were supposedly fitted. The men had to go out and buy new ones because the ones provided weren't good. I emailed that in a complaint and they dealt with it but we'll see if there's follow through. My fiance's jacket was also not fit well and when he went back to get it fixed or changed, they said there was nothing they could do. Maybe there really wasn't but they could pretend to care. And they don't give a free suit to the groom unless the wedding party is a certain size, which seems silly. For the amount you pay to rent the suit or tux you would think they could give one for free. They did deal with some problems pretty quick, but overall I wouldn't recommend them.

I came with my fiancé to help him try on suits for our upcoming wedding. It was a busy Saturday so maybe that’s why we had so many issues…The sales rep told us that the blue/navy colors they rent don’t match the colors they sell, which was unfortunate because the groom wanted to purchase his suit but we wanted to give the groomsmen the option to rent. Seems like an oversight.We then asked to try on a suit and the sales rep guesstimated a size (did not measure) and gave it to my fiancé. It was huge on him! The man who was helping us was also nowhere to be seen. My fiancé was very disappointed and we ended up leaving.He booked an appointment at SuiteSupply the next weekend where they got him in several well fitting suits. Night and day experience!

Definitely the worst experience ever. Groom and 3 groomsmen, they got all the measurements wrong. When we tried the tuxedos, nothing was fitting at all and it was 2 days before the wedding day. They said they can't provide any other sizes cuz they don't have it. So eventually groom was wearing a different tuxedo then groomsmen, all the groomsmen were looking like clowns. Really big pants and jacket, i was one of the groomsmen and all day i had to walk around like a bird. If your wedding day is really important for you and you trying to look nice on this special day, just don't risk it and go to another place. Also I paid $260 for this scandal.

Despite being as busy as it was, the staff was super calm and collected, address all the customers at least once before jumping back to the customer they were initially working with. Leadership was watching out for the others and if that’s not a sign of a well run ship, I don’t know what is. Good on this team!

Got Tuxedos for my wedding. Everything fit great. You can pick up 2 days in advance which gives time to make adjustments. Great staff.
