Terrible service with the guy who attends to each boy who pays increases then they charge for things and when you complain to them and show them the ticket so they can explain to you what they charged you, they don't even know what they charged

Jesse is the absolute best sales rep ever! So helpful and sweet. I actually enjoyed paying my phone bill and I never like spending money! I really appreciate his service and amazing personality. Top notch service from a precious person.

I don't know if this place deserves any stars. Tried to transfer 2 lines and they asked me for $380, for the full package. Another store sent me because they didnt have the phone in stock, the package included the case and the screen protector, insirance, and things I didn't want. The agent gave me a name of Weslesaso, don't know if it's true, he wouldnt give me the name of the manager. I called to get the name and Sarah said it was personal information, she was not able to provide that. This is what you call customer service?

( She is knowledgeable, and she seen to really like her job ( if I could, I would give her a big RAISE... The employees, Merlin and Abby at Meteo off Rundberg Ln were more than professional. They were patient with me. I not only had an issue with my phone but also bought a tablet and added a few more gigs to my hot spot, ect... They were bery prompt about it. They made each of my questions more than comprehensible. Definitely recommend this location and Merlin and Abby when it comes to receiving great cistomer service. Thanks guys!
