Great service, there was a nan and woman working around 2pm on Saturday May 24th and they were just awesome. The lady spent a lot of time on me getting an upgrade after 3 years on same phone and plan. Very happy with the outcome!

I bought a new unlocked phone on Amazon to replace my existing Metro PCS phone and went into this location to have it activated. Itza was very helpful. She knew exactly what to do and was very knowledgeable and took care of me very fast. She even assisted with installing my screen protector. Excellent service from Itza.
