The only reason I'm giving two stars is due to this wonderful guy named Juan who helped me by my phone that turned out to be a broken phone we've been trying to get it straightened out ever since they were supposed to order me a new phone but it has not arrived yet and I've been waiting since May 2nd. Even his manager knows what's going on but yet they all play dumb so I'm having to deal with the phone that I can only use if it's on speaker and it seems to be losing time and lapsing into battery so much for a new phone and what we pay these days is outrageous. I paid for this info and I'm still being charged every month some odd amount after I pay my bill. So that's the next step why is there charging me for a phone that I paid for that is broken that they are supposed to have replaced I'm tired of having to talk to one of them every other day it's getting old I need that phone and I need it fast the manager won't even do anything about it claims she doesn't know anything about it when in fact I stood there when he talked to her the best thing that place got going for them is the nice young man and his name is Juan and he actually takes the time to work with you and he has turned this in several times for me but I understand you know he can't exactly go against his manager but I can and will and I'll keep continuing to bother them as long as it takes place

The Indian man who works here steals money. Makes up prices. He tired to charge me 5.00 for tech support. I went in to activate a phone I already had.

Lot of hassle just to pay my bill on 24 and 26 guy before this one could jump from one customer to another with this one I waited twice 30 minutes with him not even noticing me after work

I went in to pay my bill on 12/20 at 6: 25 p.m.I politely told the clerk that I was in a hurry and I just need pay bill. He was slow and then tried to sell me every upgrade possible. I finally told him again that I was running late and I needed to pay my bill. He very rudely shout out the amount. If this is the experience that I'm going to have I'm leaving after being with your company for over 12 years!!!

I went to metro pcs an the cashier took advantage of the fact that these Mexican men didn't speak English And overcharge them For items they didn't even get. He said that's how it wrung up but I think he was lying. He charged them for the 2 phones. They got the service and a jbl speaker. And when they asked about why he charged them for the Jbl speaker not to mentioned the speaker was $69. he said it was a promotional deal but didn't give them the JBL speaker I honestly think he' stole $69 or the JBL speaker. and didn't give him the product. He said the was jbl speaker was considered one of the phones And I think I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Because that was not right. And the only reason why I know this is because they asked for help

Your employee Jazmine very rude attitude did not want to properly help. The coverage was so poor I asked them to correct the problem told me it was my fault I had no proper service until I demanded they call customer service and correct the problem. They put a chip in a phone that was not compatible yesterday giving me no service when I asked them to resolve the chip problem they tried to get me to pay more. Unacceptable to begin with no way of communication with poor English speaking employees and then a rude young woman named Jazmine next day to make it worse. AFTER this month will try to find a better company to work with so unfortunate to be treated this poorly by Jazmine that you allow the rude talk to your customers no respect very gross.
