I wish i can give negative star its 3rd time i came in this store and the black fat lady she is very rude before i ask question she already gives tge answer in rude way i ask her do you guyes carry iphone 15pro max she says no we dont do then says we are out of stock and go and see if any other metro has but i dont know this and many more things she need to be change or give her better training i have 5 lines with metro faimly pakage it asks me to change the network

This metro has never been helpful I went this morning for my T-Mobile Tuesday gift. (No notification on limit) not only did the rep April get rude and tell my husband he can only have one but she pressed the button on the phone to redeem the gift when I could’ve gone to T-Mobile to get what I needed. Instead she got rude and brushed me off. I will never recommend anyone to go to this location EVER. April has always been rude and not helpful at all! She is literally there for show does nothing whatsoever. Will never go again.

I am almost certain I got sold a used phone. Nothing works on this phone I never got a reciept and on top of that when I tried to take the phone back I got told they where switching store names so they could not help me here even though this is where I bought this phone. I have been with metro for years now and I would hate to switch but I am tempted to switch to another company just because of this situation. I have never had this problem with this location but something doesn't sit right with the way it was handled. 150$ may not be a lot to some people but to a single mother of 4 it's a lot especially when the phone doesn't work!!

Been with TMbile since 2015. I am so disappointed. Bought phone 13 days ago. It is bad. Can't get refund for my $200.00 because it was an upgrade. I am leaving T-Mobile for this. Annette needs some customer training. She is crast.

Unhelpful sales staff. They didn’t have the phone I wanted at the time. Didn’t try to reserve a phone for me for when they’d get one. Offered me a price way over what is advertised online for the phone I want.

The people there don’t have patience’s, they seem to scream at their customers when they are trying to clarify a question they could not understand. Specifically one person there which told the other worker that she will loose patience because my mom needed some clarification.

Purchased 500.00 worth of phone from this store. Now, I'm 300 miles away taking care of a sick parent, and both phones go out. I call the Metro customer service, which is in India, and they can do nothing to help me. When I called, it said that both of my phone numbers had been deleted. I tried to call the store, but they don't pick up the phone. So, I'm stuck hundreds of miles away with no phone service, no customer service, and no store service. I have the texted receipt on my phone that my service is paid and up to date. I work for the state, and will be filing a fraud complaint with the Texas Comptroller's Office as soon as I get back to Austin. You can't treat people this way and get away with it. One of the phones belongs to a disabled person, so cutting off their service is also a violation of federal law.
