First time visiting this store and let me tell you they greet you when you walk in and they’re ready to help you.. not like the stores in South Austin.
Cecilia helped me with the home internet as well as adding service to a tablet and it was super fast she guided me through the process of home internet and made sure all my questions were answered.. I will definitely continue to shop in this store!

Extremely rude staff who have zero knowledge about the products or services their offering and get hostile when you ask basic questions. I was trying to port my number over and take advantage of their free iphone promotion and they did everything they could to find an excuse to deny me service. Won't ever be back there despite it being right near my house. Very unfortunate. Hopefully management decides to do something.

My cell phone turned off and I went to buy a new one, because my cell phone turned on again after 4 hours and I went to return the purchased cell phone and they didn't accept me, after a month the cell phone I bought didn't turn on anymore and they didn't want to do anything, they told me that My cell phone had lost all warranty when I removed the chip, I can't believe wasted money
