Went to Metro PCS for help on my line Lore was very friendly and asked for my number to assist. Little did I know she would calling me and my wife looking for me both my numbers are on my account .I don't know if it's professional for employees to do search my account to call me and call my wife's number looking for me psychotic. Last night Lore called my phone over 5 times after 10:30pm. I told her am married and she said she will still call me until I accept taking her out. Can someone help me. I tried calling the number listed and its disconnected.

Usually i come here and the girls are so helpful and explain what I’m being charged for but recently i went to change a device and this new lady i haven’t seen before tried to charge me way more than what it was supposed to pay, I’ve changed my device before and it was only $23 so i went to another location and they ended up charging me $27 when the lady tried to charge me $67 and when I asked her why I was being charged that amount she stood there for five minutes and then said “activation” but then said she was going to do something on the computer and dropped the price to $50 and when we asked her why was it still that amount if we we’re not adding another line just changing the phone number she just said she didn’t know.

Its ok . i just don't like that my internet was slow even when it was unlimited. Sometimes my text would not come or out. I had problems no matter when i used this company. Hopefully it gets better.
