The worst customer service. I needed my account number & transfer pin # to just start paying from the same account as my fiancé & they gave me such a hard time about not being able to do anything cause I lost my phone & had no way to verify my account. I asked for a customer service number and they shook their head & said they couldn’t help. Fine ! As I’m driving home, I call customer service (that I googled) & they transfer me just to tell me that I needed to show my ID at the store & that was the only way to get the information I needed! Are you kidding me ! It feels like they didn’t want to help me maybe bc I was transferring to a different company? Not sure but very poor etiquette !

HORRIBLE!!! The lady with the black hair is so rude! How can the service in the store be down all day ! She’s On the phone every time I come in handling personal business when she should be doing the job they pay her for!
No one should be upset about doing their job!
She shouldn’t be in customer service at all. Very bad experience

Was supposed to pickup a case for my phone, but the worker wouldn't call anyone to verify or anything so we won't be back to this location ever I wouldn't recommend it either it has a horrible smell to it as well

I was pretty bummed about my phone crashing, and the young lady Angelica at the Dessau Metro store was a tremendous help in assisting me with a new device. I initially picked one phone but she asked me my opinion on a cheaper (yet higher quality) option.. Much better than the phone I had my eye on, and she was also able to get my monthly bill lowered a bit. Metro has been amazing since I switched to them in 2019.

Terrible experience when contracting their Internet service, they painted it very nicely and in the end when I couldn't apply for the discount they didn't want me. Help me. I wanted to return the equipment and they kept me off and they never gave me my money back. This is the same person, Angelica and Liliana, the four-eyed one, is very rude and haughty, conceited, foul-mouthed, no one at all, no one is competent at their job, terrible service store, disgusting staff, I'd better look for other stores because the company is good, the bad thing is the servers, some of them are sad to the customers.

Stay away from this place and Mohamed. He will sell you used cellphones as new. Manager knows about it but won't do a tell me about it. Make sure that the cell phone you buy is opened in front of you.Make sure the cell phone they sell you is new, you have to open the box in front of you. If they tell you that they are going to pick them up at another store or send you to pick them up, don't do it, when you get to the other store they will have another cell phone that is already used. Ask for your receipt because they say your printer is useless but it is part of their scam.Don't report them to the managers because they know about the problems they have and they don't say anything.Reporters with the corporation do take action on the matter.

Here out there does the metro loses network in area like big buildings and when driving, because mine does that alot, just want to be sure if it's my phone (galaxy note 10 plus unlock) or the network so that I know which one to change.

The lady wasn't very knowledgeable about my recently purchased Metro PCS phone and how to get it programmed with a new SIM card. She tried to tell me three separate times that I couldn't have service and each time I personally had to show her that she was in fact mistaken. As well as showed her how to find my network settings and IMEI number....

Daphne was very courteous and polite. Previous rep had made a few mistakes, and she was able to fix all issues. Her and the associate from the corporate store went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you both for helping me with ensuring my mother and son had cell service.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. The girl with the glasses is rude and unprofessional. Im here for the Tuesday mug, she personally redeems my phones and one of the phone's app didn't function like it should she refused to give the mug. The phone was on 5G and everything was working just fine. She claimed because the redeem didn't do the count down therefore she was unable to give out. What? It's not her mug that she paid for. Even after she redeemed, she did numerous times to ensure it's redeemed. What a cheapskate
