Just want to give a shout out to Cindy for setting up my replacement phone for my son who lives in Bauston (Boston) and damaged his old phone beyond repair vs cost of replacing. Cindy got me all set up but for the Deal she made, she did not have the phone in stock, but worked it out with the manager of a different location and handed the ball off to Linda at the N Lamar location, all I had to do is run by Linda's store and pick it up.
Thanks again Cindy, Linda and yourself have shown me that Customer Service is not dead in this world... lol... Thanks, Kirk

I love coming here, they always have a very professional service. Workers are very nice and very helpful especially Ronald he actually did help me alotttt. With prices and everything else. Definitely coming back again!❤️

So I went to the store because I got a replacement phone do my insurance so the fee could be waived so so to make a long story short the guy who helped me told me oh I'll turn your phone in no worries I said well the phone has to be in within 10 days no no no no no problem I'll take care of I went back a week later because I got an email from the insurance company stating that the phone wasn't returned walk-in and an employee pulled my phone from under the counter didn't have any of the paperwork that I left with the they just went under the counter I called the insurance company and they said that I can print the label again and send it Brenda the manager Brenda how can I make a complaint can I get the number to corporate she told me to go on Google and Google it she was very rude I'll never go in the store again I am still going to file a complaint with the better business bureau about this store I'm not done yet because they couldn't even help me right away like it was an urgent very rude anyway I took care of it myself but it's a shame that you can't even ge thelp right away when their employee made the mistake my phone was under the counter so do not leave your phone there if you get a replacement phone turn it into the insurance company yourself

This place is a scam and than they take forever I was here for longer than 2hrs they were dealing with someone before me and they tried to give the person a free speaker than they wanted to charge them an extra 20 bucks than they took awhile just to cancel a account for me

this store scams you, especially if you get attended by the guy with the Edgar haircut or the lady with the long ponytail. they don’t tell you what plan you’re getting and if they do they lie about the plan and the promotions they have. you think you’re getting a good deal when they throw in a “free” screen protector and phone case but the reality is that they raise the price of the phone to make it match up with the price of the screen and case. and when you find out that you’ve been scammed, they refuse to do anything about it and blame you when they were the ones who lied in the first place.

Asked the guy who was working I needed a phone and I needed a phone with good space amount, guy said it had 128 gigs, man I done ran out of space today 32 gigs he didn't even tell me what plan he was putting me on or anything.

It's a phone store duh. Service has been iffy at times. Used to use the one on North Lamar and they were super helpful, and attended to me promptly. And remembered the rather cumbersome communication protocol I require, I'm deaf and any conversation must be written . As to why I have a phone, TEXTING email and the internet in general. Oh an last but not least it was very close to where I lived, I have trouble walking very far and it was an easy strole from my place The Palms apartments.
