This is really for the location at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd Ste 326 Austin, TX 78753-6600. I have been into this location 3 times and twice got less than decent service. The first was a year ago in April (2021) when I upgraded my phone. I paid for the upgrade and they acted like it was expecting too much for them to actually do their job and change the stuff from the phone I was deactivating to the new one and just thought I would walk out with it. Then again on the 26th of this month I went in to get a new SIM card, the guy rang it up and then handed it to, like I'm going to have the tool to open it up and change it. I had to tell him he had to do it. He did it and I left thinking he had actually bothered to ACTIVATE it! I get home and when I tried to send a text it IMMEDIATELY said "Couldn't Send Message". This continued until the following evening after 7 (4/27) after my sister had worked for over 10 minutes to find out why my phone was not working correctly. We had thought it was just a sorry SIM card but I decided to see if I could actually make a phone call. I called her, (mind you we are in the same room not even 3 feet from each other) and I get Metro Pcs and the automated voice said MY SIM CARD NEEDED TO BE ACTIVATED! Luckily I could activate it over the phone but I should NOT HAVE HAD TO! Now I'm pissed AND SO WAS SHE AT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don't think it should be expecting too much for someone who sells you a SIM CARD to actually lower themselves to activate it or at least tell you that it still has to be activated! I have NEVER had such a piss poor level of customer service! It is inexcusable that my phone was rendered useless for a day and a half for actually communicating thanks to his sorry customer service capabilities!

I had to find help at another store because the young lady there was literally huffing and puffing I guess she was getting frustrated at me like a wolf because she didn't know what she was doing she asked for help the other one didn't know what she was doing either I wish they would try to calm down before getting frustrated at the customers I'm glad somebody else got my memory card i payed for working for me the way I wanted it to

Three times i went to get another phone replaced as i paid for insurance incase lost and they wer stollen or lost and no replacment as paid for or promised only to have to pay for a whole new phon BS in 5 months
