Great experience with Judith I was paying way more and now I have 4 lines for the same price. The metro I went before this one was really on the urge to sale so they upped priced me on plans on insurance on everything they could didn't even give me my pin. Well they fixed everything and gave me the option to choose my pin great job Judith you need a raise thank you for excellent customer service

I went in because my phone was on sos the lady told me that i needed a new phone i had the 12 and i didnt wanna spend that much so i told her ill go with the 11 and she goes around saying its only going to be a 110$ discount, i havent had this phone for a month and it was 800 when i got it. I decided to leave and go to the next one by the N Lamar street thankfully the manager carlos i believe was so nice and just told me the previous metro i got it from didnt update the virtual sim card i was so happy my phone was fixed .please dont go here only if your trying to get scammed ?

Horrible service. I went in for an upgrade, and the two ladies working were very unprofessional and didn't help at all. They were on their phones, looking at shoes and texting. The employee activating my phone didn't finish setting it up nor did she bother to tell me that the phone I picked out needed an adapter!! I had to go to another store for help. It was ridiculous.

I'd give -5 stars if possible smh. I wouldnt advise metro to anyone (at least in "bad" areas). Unless you really dont care to wate your time and money.
