Horrible service. I went in for an upgrade, and the two ladies working were very unprofessional and didn't help at all. They were on their phones, looking at shoes and texting. The employee activating my phone didn't finish setting it up nor did she bother to tell me that the phone I picked out needed an adapter!! I had to go to another store for help. It was ridiculous.
