This is the best Laundry place I’ve been in Austin. People were super helpful, the machines are well maintained and work fine. As a foreigner it’s always nice to find people that are helpful and nice to you. Really appreciate it!

The machines are good, some of the people who serve there are also friendly, but I have seen the owner of the laundry be a little rude to his staff and this is something that does not give me a good vibe to continue contributing my time, money and vibration with this type of people who are not so nice to their staff...thank you...This message is positive and without wanting to generate any bad intentions, have a good day ? ?

Not so good as some reviews say. Place is kind of clean, but some machines are not as clean as they could be. No hot water even though machines charge 25 cents more for hot water. Attendant was combative when a client complained about the lack of hot water. Small place and crowded with machines, ac barely blows, no restroom. It was very disapointing after reading the good reviews. My experience was negative.

Brother Aadil is very courteous and helps takes care of his customers. 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs to wash their clothes.

Dropped off a few pounds of clothing for a wash and fold. Cost is $1.5 a lb, with a $15 minimum, plus credit card transaction fee extra.
Clothes were clean and done in a timely manner. Unfortunately an expensive shirt showed a puncture hole from the front to the back. The person working there was very nice about it, but I won't be using this service again.

Everything worked. $5 to wash and dry large loads. Manager onsite kept things going well and people were polite.

The people working there were helpful and so very personal. They love the neighborhood and represent the community with top notch service! It’s not perfect, coins only, but worth that small inconvenience to feel safe, welcomed and valued. Thank you, Micheal’ s Laundromat you guys made my day!

I really didn't get that. I had one bag of laundry which I needed to wash, so I entered and apparently there was someone from the staff. When I asked how much it would be, they said 1.5. Which did sound incredibly cheap, but well, it's also what is written on the door "$1.5 per lb" and I had really not so much of the clothes. Double-checked, asked again "one-and-half", they confirmed.
Received a text message in maybe 6 hours that my stuff is done. Drove there and was very surprised when there was another person from the staff and they like "10 dollars". Tried to ask - "we don't know, that's what on the post-it note on the laundry".
Also I didn't get my *bag* back, that's relatively common for the laundries in general, but still I find it awful.
So, it might be a good laundry, but they really have pricing issues and it's not clear what would be the laundry price!

This laundromat is run exceptionally well. It’s very clean, every single machine works, and you do not have to bring quarters. The owners work inside to help customers. If you want to leave to run an errand, they watch your clothes for you and make sure that the machines are emptied and made available to the next customer as soon as they’re ready. Adel takes the time to get to know his patrons and truly invests in this community.

One of the best services I tried all around US, the owner is fantastic, machines are clean and if you need assistance or products, he is always ready to help you. And price is good! 5 stars!!!

In Austin for a work trip. Read the reviews for this place and was so happy they were honest! I don’t like laundromats because they can be dirty..this one wasn’t. Met the owner too, very helpful and kind! He greeted everyone who came in. Has a family vibe and I felt safe!
