I stopped in to get some ribbon for a project. It was convenient but didn't have the exact ribbon I needed for my project. The store is on the smaller size compared to other stores that I have visited.

Incompetent customer service. Called and tried to confirm coming in to drop off pictures to be framed. They said they closed at 5:30 on the phone. I came In at 4:45 and I was waiting around at the framing dept for a while, all for them to tell me framing department was closed. I will not being getting my pictures framed here.
