why is no one answering the phone. I have called 6 times and not a single answer and it ends with an automated "Goodbye" and hangs up. do your phones not work???

I just went up there and got followed around the store cuz they thought I was going to steal because I have tattoos, not only did I spend $85 but I forgot one of my items at the register I have called the store 37 times and no one will answer I'm on my way to work and can't turn back I called the sandwich place next door and asked him if they could go over there and tell them what's going on and they still haven't called me trash ass place

Worst experience dealing with the associates and managers here. I moved to Austin from Dallas 3 months ago and regularly visit this location because it’s next to my apartment. In that short period of time I have had 5 unpleasant experiences relating to their inability to honor their sale signage in the store. Each time I planned to purchase an item because it was on sale with a clear sign with the price on it above the item on the shelf. Each of these items rung up for a different non-sale price…. To which I asked for help. The associate I dealt with for each incident is someone who instantly gets an attitude when the item rang up with the wrong price, who audibly sighed and then rolled her eyes… I said I could show her the sign that states sale price. Once I showed her the sign which was in front of the items …she took it down and claimed it was the wrong price… I asked her to please honor the price that it shows to which she instantly said no with an attitude. So I asked for a manager and each time a manager refused to honor the price shown. I am commenting today to make people aware of their awful customer service and refusal to honor their prices at this location. I have never been looked down upon nor treated so poorly in my life. This location needs to let go of their entire staff of employees and start over. I intend to contact the regional manager about my experiences.

Doesn’t seem like anyone cares to answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 45 minutes once. Today I’ve called over three times and it just rings. When I go in the store I just keep seeing associates standing around. The girl I spoke to doesn’t speak professionally she said “we don’t have nothing to do with that”.
