I am beyond impressed with Mindzai! The customer service is on another level. I was nervous about the digitals I sent bc it was my first time printing and I was just unsure in general. I left a little note w my order and they reached out to me immediately to let me know everything looked fine. They were responsive and attentive the entire time. The print time was exactly what they said it would be, shipping was way faster bc I’m in Dallas.
Most importantly the prints are immaculate and absolutely gorgeous!!! I’m ecstatic. 10/10 will recommend and will be using Mindzai for all of my prints in the future!

Flavio Ramos and his team at Mindzai Print Shop are the best....their followup and attention to detail is second to none. I live in the Chicago area and could just as easily use local print shops. For many years now I have chosen to go to Mindzai....why? Because they provide exceptional customer service and quality work.

I have always had great experiences with Mindzai. If there was ever any errors on the printing they were very attentive and quick to fix and resend the order. The quality of the product is always excellent! Great customer service!
