I am grateful for the ability to go to the CVS clinic and to have met the care provider, Kim. It was easy to make the appointment. I was welcomed with professionalism and personalized care. Being new to The Austin area and not being established with a physician. This was a fabulous choice. I would go back in an instant if I need medical attention I am grateful for Kim’s welcoming , professionalism and knowledge to take care of my medical needs. Getting me back on track to feeling better.

This CVS location gave me one at only $33.... quick easy and the person who gave the shot was very kind and professional.

Don’t advertise walk-in if you don’t do them. I sat for two hours waiting to be seen. The NP or PA knew I was there and even asked my name. She asked if I had entered my name in the red kiosk. I told her I did it online which she acknowledged. She had plenty of time to work me in on several occasions. A couple patients were only back there for maybe two minutes. A simple communication saying that I probably wouldnt be seen today would have great and I would have figured something else out. Healthcare is suppose to be a compassionate field, but apparently not for some at CVS on Slaughter. Way to strive for mediocrity!!!!

Each nurse I’ve seen at this location has been so friendly and helpful. Clean, organized. Never had to wait. Such an excellent solution for a quick healthcare visit.

** I just figured out that the *only* thing I can't see in my app is my lab results. The only thing I can figure is cvs is trying to squeeze another $139 out of me to see those. Just go anywhere else.
I'm going to assume that no one at cvs reads these or cares. I had an appointment 10.7.24. My NP Candice was really nice and set me up with meds and a referral for xrays. I went on 10.24 for that. Waited a full week for a followup or for something to be on the app for lab results. Nothing. I have call the cvs phone line 5 times. 3 times the first day, waited over 5 hours with no call back. Called the next day and sat on hold for 40 mins. And today for 30 mins again no answer. This is ridiculous! I guess I have to go get my own copy of the xrays and report and figure it on my own. The cost wasn't terrible, and like I said, Candice was very good, but if you can't get any followup on labs they referred you for what is the point?

Appointments were limited and the nurse practitioner squeezed me in so I wouldn’t have to come back at a later time. Very quick appointment; I am thankful she was able and willing to do so!

I was able to get a same day appointment online and was promptly called in when I arrived at my scheduled time. The male nurse practitioner was kind, thorough, professional and was a great listener. I get very anxious in medical settings but he did a great job making me feel safe and comfortable. He was able to diagnose me and prescribe me what I needed. I was able to pick up my prescription right away at the pharmacy counter along with a few other essentials I needed. In the past, I have also visited other MinuteClinics for vaccines and have always had a great experience. Way to go CVS!

Made my appointment the night before, showed up the next day & was promptly called. They listened to my issue, did a test & even told me what the total was before hand & confirmed that I was fine with it.
Was a simple, straightforward, productive appointment.
